Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body, [275]; this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, there are some specific changes in the general physical conditions that are not altogether as good as some we have had here. These deal with elements that make up the atomic forces of the body, and with the exaggeration of this continued would work to detrimental conditions towards those activities that have been and are being attempted for corrective forces in the body.
3. True, there was and is the necessity that sufficient of the calcium and of the bone structural forces be supplied for the portions of the body necessary; but these have become somewhat unbalanced by the continued strain, and should be brought to more of a normalcy. Then we will find that the general conditions in the system, and the specific conditions with those replenishing forces in those parts of system where disturbances have existed and do exist, will be gradually on the improve.
4. This we will find by not so much the altering of the diets but by the addition of elements that are elemental in their nature, that will make for a coordinating condition in a body.
5. Then, in addition to that having been had in the body, we would add the Atomidine in small quantities, that there may be a clarifying for all the glands in the system as related to the eliminations of excesses, and toward the effecting of activity in proper distribution through the system.
6. As known, iodine (which is the base of Atomidine) is necessary in atomic forces for the system, and potashes represent the basis of the forces in the elemental elements for the system. The proper distribution or balance of these must be necessary.
7. The quantity of Atomidine that would be best would be three minims once each day, preferably taken as the body is ready to retire. Drink at least a glass and a half or two

glasses of water when this is taken.
8. As for the general conditions, we would keep all of those things that have been outlined for the body.
9. The manipulations we would have at least twice each week as yet, to keep the forces equally balanced as distributing forces are created for the whole system. Let these treatments be more of the general nature; not too specific, but more of the general nature, giving the general treatment over the whole system. If any special attention is given it should be to the centers from which there is the distribution to extremities and head from the trunk portion of the body, or those below and above the brachial center and the lumbar center, with circular motion especially in the solar plexus cerebrospinal center.
10. In the matter of the applications for the magnetic forces, these are better followed in the line that has been indicated, that there be the centralization of one pole or the positive to that center in the lumbar from which the portion of the body disturbed is affected, and the portion itself be in or brought into contact rather than by stretching or manipulation, or by any circular motion or any general massage. Better that it be from the upper portion of the 4th lumbar and to the portion of the upper part of the hip bone, and over those portions where the dissension has been.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) About how long a period should the Atomidine be taken? (A) Periods of five days, then rest three to five days and then take it again. Have about three to five rounds of same.
13. (Q) Exactly what happened to tooth and root by knocking it? (A) It caused the sensitiveness to the portions that affect the setting of the tooth itself, and will require some local attention; though by the use of those properties in Ipsab this may be set - or the tension may be relieved, for it will seal and clarify all the portions about same.
14. (Q) What should be done for crack in enamel? (A) As given, it will need some local attention unless sealed.
15. (Q) Would X-Ray be of benefit to body physically? (A) Not in the present condition. These treatments may be more effective when there is an equal balance to the forces of the body, but under the present existent conditions we would not use them - with the conditions of the system.
16. (Q) What is my aura? (A) Blue to purple.
17. (Q) Should mother stretch my leg every morning?
275-29 Page 3
(A) Better that it be the direct current of the emanations and the currents from the body, as we have indicated.
18. (Q) How often should ultra-violet be taken? (A) Once each week would be sufficient.
19. (Q) How often should Infra Red be taken? (A) While the Atomidine is being taken do not take the Infra Red. Afterwards it may be necessary, or if the X-Ray and deeper therapy is used it may not be necessary at all.
20. (Q) Since there was 30 to 35 min. difference between my physical and soul birth, what was the hour, minute and second of physical birth on Jan. 17, 1913? [See Life Rdg. 275-11.] (A) This has been given, and is noted and has been made record of.
21. (Q) How can one tell the difference between a cataleptic state and positive death? (A) Only by the activities of the heart's action itself, or the mirror test is the most notable one of an external nature.
22. (Q) How long should one wait before burial? (A) Depending upon that which causes the separation from the body, and dependent upon the manner in which the disposition is to be made of body.
23. (Q) How should a body be prepared for burial? (A) This depends upon the development or that builded in the consciousness of the individual, as to what is necessary for the loosening of the elementals from the physical body. As has been noted, this may best be studied by the manner in which the various religious forces or cults dispose of such bodies in India; for, as has been given, "Here we may know their belief, or what they think they believe, by the manner in which disposition is made of the body." That that would be IDEAL is that it [See Background of Reading 294-15 of 1/13/25.] may be hermetically sealed, or by fire, or by the separation of the atmosphere from the body.
24. (Q) What is the best disposition of a body, for the sake of all? (A) By fire! [See father's rdg. 378-11, Par. 10-A, 1/5/33.]
25. (Q) Any further advice for this body? (A) We have been separated entirely from the conditions of the body. We are through for the present. Copy to Self (2) " " File
