Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical & Mental - with Ques.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [275].

2. Now, as we find, in the general physical forces of the body we find these are in the most part progressing very satisfactorily. The conditions of improvement are slow, yet there is the CONTINUED improvement; and there will come those better conditions when all portions receive the proper stimulus from the entire suggestions that have been made, in the various conditions that arise. The general developments of self, mentally, spiritually, are in line with those applications.

3. As to the activities of the body in the directions of improvements, we would not change materially those varied conditions that have been given as necessary influences for the more perfect coordination throughout, in the physical and mental body. To be sure, these should be kept consistently - and in line with those suggestions that have been made from time to time, in and under the varied circumstances.

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Was the nerve of tooth severed in knocking it? (A) No. Rather the enamel was injured, such that there was rather the infectious force from the exposure of same; which has caused those inroads, or the unsatisfactory conditions that arose.

6. (Q) Are the cracks in the enamel and all other damages of tooth healed? (A) Not entirely.

7. (Q) Should I continue taking Atomidine? (A) For the present. As outlined and suggested, here some CONSISTENCY must be exercised; that is, when the variations arise - and the activities in the system indicate those various changes that have been given from time to time - it would be well that

275-30 Page 2

discretion be used in the activity and the applications; but in this particular instance, yes - for the present.

8. (Q) Should I take Infra-Red again? (A) It would be more helpful, more beneficial.

9. (Q) What rubs are best for me, vinegar and salt; oil, sassafras and myrrh; crude oil with mustard and cedar? (A) In the varying conditions that we have found, and under which the various effects have been created, some are better for the body at one time and some at another. In the present to add better stamina (not to reduce any conditions in affected portions), we would use the olive oil with the myrrh and sassafras added as we have given; heating the oil and adding the myrrh.

10. (Q) Are there any directions for osteopath? (A) We would keep much in that same manner as we have outlined for these manipulations; that is, keep the coordinating centers of the cerebrospinal and sympathetic in accord; keeping in order those portions of the system that affect the eliminations, and the stimuli to the activities of affected portions of the system.

11. (Q) What oils should be put on scalp before washing? (A) The most effective is crude oil. It is rather messy for long hair, but the more EFFECTIVE - if massaged thoroughly into the scalp. This means the crude oil as it comes FROM its source of supply. Then cleanse the scalp with a one to twenty solution of alcohol; preferably GRAIN alcohol, for this will not DRY - as does that which has been denatured.

12. (Q) What soap should be used for washing? (A) The better is Packer's Tar, for the GENERAL use.

13. (Q) What tonic should be used after washing hair? (A) Nothing is better than a weak solution of alcohol, with a little pure white vaseline.

14. (Q) What laxative is best for me? (A) As we have indicated through these sources, it is better that changes be made from time to time that there be kept in system no tendency for any portion to become, as it were, warring against certain elements. Hence, as we find, Milk of Magnesia, Milk of Bismuth, a combination of agar, phenolphthalein and the jelly of psylla (called Emul-Psyllo), are all well - and should be ALTERED; not taken consecutively, any one, often.

15. (Q) Regarding the mental and spiritual: What books should I read for my best development? (A) This should be rather a matter of choice by the body, from and for ITS own mental development.

For, as indicated in the varying activities of the body from that given as the purpose, aims, desires, or the lines in which the greater development may come within this individual experience, there are varying channels that become the most interesting to the body for its better development. Naturally, any books along those lines and of kindred subjects, that are considered to be of an authoritative nature, are well. However, for the GENERAL development in the mental attributes or the spiritual forces, nothing is better than the Psalms, John (especially the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th chapters) and the letters of John - and James.

16. (Q) Give scale of auras, and what development of the soul each one means. (A) These vibrations (that are emanations from the activity of an entity and its individuality) run in the same ratio as do the colors, that are known as the primary colors, and their shades; running from the low red or orange THROUGH ALL OF THE COLORS to the higher reds, these being at the extremes. Each indicates the step of development, whether (as the first) toward the purely carnal, material or earth forces, or to the mental proclivities, or to the higher forces in the greens and reds that indicate the spiritual developments.

17. That is all the questions regarding this body.
