Time of Reading ... Lake, 3:55 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Body and enquiring mind, who seeks information, advice and guidance as to her physical, mental and spiritual welfare and development. You will give such information as will be of most help to her at this time, answering the questions she has submitted as I ask them.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [275]; this we have had before, and that which has been given the body respecting the seeking within self and finding the expressions of those activities in the love for the awakening within self of the purposes, desires, aims, that would be in keeping with that He has given unto all, "If ye love me, keep my commandments, that I may come and abide with thee."

2. Hence, in the application of self, the judgments as to the activities in relations one with another are those things that are well-pleasing in His sight. For, as given, "They that are of the light dwell in the light, and He abideth with them always."

3. Let, then, the meditations of the heart, let the purposes, the desires of the mind, be one with those things THOU KNOWEST to do; for the Spirit quickeneth those that purpose in their hearts to serve the living God. For the day draweth nigh when they that have named the name of Him in their lives, their purposes, their desires, will be in those positions where ALL will come and call on them.

4. In the activities, then, let thy yeas be yea and thy nays be nay, IN the Lord. THESE will bring to the knowledge and understanding of that which is before thee in His ways.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Give diet for morning, noon and evening meal. (A) In the physical forces of the body there be those conditions, in the experience, of which the body has been made aware; and there are the necessities for keeping the

correct balance in that the body assimilates, that the balance may be maintained and sustained for the developing and building of that necessary for the activities of the body mentally and physically.

The reactions should be in the alkalin direction rather than the acids. Hence, as we find in the present, this would be as an outline; though, to be sure, this may be altered or changed to meet the tastes of the body, provided kept in that direction which has been indicated:

Mornings - citrus fruits, or a cereal that is oaten or wheaten in its base; but these should NOT be taken at the same meal, that is, the citrus fruits AND cereal. Grapes, figs, fresh fruits of any character; but neither should these be taken with the citrus fruits or with the cereals. Then the toasted whole wheat, rye, or any nature of brown bread, that is rather dry than moist; with a coddled egg occasionally, stewed fruits or the like. Any of these, with a cereal drink occasionally.

Noons - more of, or altogether raw green vegetables or vegetable juices, or a combination of these.

Evenings - rather vegetables that carry a well-balance in iron, silicon, and especially of the natures that make for body-building, or the Vitamin D; as we find in vegetables of the nature that are cooked in their OWN broth or their own activity, so that the vitamins are maintained in same. Fish, fowl, lamb, pig knuckle or the like are WELL, for the body-building, at the various periods. Not too much of sweets at ANY time. These, if taken, should be rather with those of the nature that makes for body-building, rather than those that act upon the pancreas action in the system.

These, as we find, would be an outline for the body at the present.

7. (Q) Give best treatment for hair. First the oil, then the shampoo, and the tonic. (A) As we find, these are the better in this particular condition. OCCASIONALLY there should be used the crude oil first, then the shampoo that is of the olive oil base - that will make for, with the egg, a cleansing for the body. Of the compounds in the form of a tonic, as we find, none better than the Quinine Tonic.

8. (Q) Give all guidance that will be helpful to entity's spiritual development.

(A) Look to meet the Father, the God within self; for He has promised to meet each soul there. Know that the Father in each soul makes for that unison of purpose in man's activity, as that GOD would glorify man in the material earth - being a manifestation of God. Man's purpose, then, should be the glorifying of the Father-God in the relationships as toward another. These we see demonstrated in that "He gave His only begotten son that we through him might have LIFE, and HAVE it MORE abundantly."

Study, then, to show thyself approved unto thy Maker, rightly divining the words of truth, keeping self unspotted from the world.

9. We are through for the present.
