Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical & Mental - with Ques.)

1. EC: Yes. We have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find, the general physical conditions of the body are very good, and there needs only be those precautions as to the care for the developments of the various activities through the mental and physical forces of the body, for the developments in a normal way and manner.

3. Ready for questions.

4. To be sure, such precautions would take into consideration the physical attributes of the developing body with the expansion at those periods in its development through the mental attributes; so that all are taken into the considerations where there is kept an even balance or a coordination in a normal physical body with the proper mental developments that make the proper accounting for, or the proper valuations of, the necessity of the right manner of thinking, the right way of developments in the physical and the mental.

5. For, there must be to each developing body those answers from the IMPULSES that arise when passing through the developing periods, as this body is in the present.

6. (Q) Itemize diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (A) As this is given, it may be recognized that alterations may be made from time to time to meet the varying needs of the developing body. But, we would outline these: Mornings - citrus fruit juices, or orange juice and lemon mixed, but the grapefruit should be preferably with the pulp as well as the juice; followed with dry toast and any of the drinks that are satisfactory to the body. Occasionally this may be altered to any of the cereals, whether cooked or dry, which would also include - at periods - the whole grain or whole wheat, that is so necessary to

carry the vitamins that are well for a body keeping in a normal balance, aiding in building up energies in the system. Also this may be altered at times to the stewed fruits, fresh fruits, or the like. Or any of these may be used with honey and rice cakes, or wheat cakes, or barley, or especially a combination of the wheat or buckwheat and corn; with butter. Noons - preferably juices of vegetables in broths, or broths from the STOCK of mutton, beef, chicken, or the like. At the same period there may be included (or these altered with) a whole green salad, that may carry any form of dressing that is palatable to the body. Evenings - a well-balanced whole vegetable diet, with meats to balance it for the proper amount of vitamins for the developing body.

7. (Q) What meats should I have? (A) Lamb or chicken, and OCCASIONALLY beef. Plenty of fish, of course, may be included in the meals at ANY of the periods.

8. (Q) What about sweets or desserts? (A) Occasionally.

9. (Q) What laxative is best for me? (A) For this particular body, figs or their compounds.

10. (Q) What oil should be used on scalp before washing? (A) As we find (and have given oft), the crude oils are the most satisfactory for stimulating the scalp, to prevent falling hair, to add lustre, and to stimulate the growth. Following the oil shampoo there should be the cleansing with alcohol; that is, one to twenty, but this should be preferably of the pure GRAIN, for any of the ingredients such as in pyro or those that make for the denaturing produce breaking and burning of the hair.

11. (Q) What soap should be used on hair for washing? (A) Preferably that carrying the tar content as its base, or Packer's Tar, or any that have a tar and glycerine content; or pear [?] soap is well.

12. (Q) What hair tonic would be good for my scalp? (A) Preferably the alcohol, that we have indicated, for this is the active principle in any of those tonics that are manufactured. So this in its perfect state, without the addition of any other oils, is well; followed, of course, with a gentle rub with the pure white vaseline.

13. (Q) What caused growth on foot, and what should be used if it repeats itself?

276-4 Page 3

(A) This was from irritation; and that best for the reduction of same, as we find, would be a massage with baking soda which has been dampened with spirits of camphor. This will be good for anyone having callous places or any attendant growths on feet; for it will remove them entirely! [See 276-4 Reports.]

14. (Q) Regarding mental and spiritual: What is my aura? (A) Blue, turning to shades of green - which shows a high mental, tending towards spiritual, development.

15. (Q) Any special directions for parents for the coming year? (A) Keep the answering for changes that naturally come with the developing of the body physically, and the answering for WHY impulses arise; and the source, the use, the supply, the demand!
