Time of Reading 3:20 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [276]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are disturbances owing to the lack of proper activity in the eliminating system, and the disturbed condition between the deeper circulation and the superficial circulation.

3. Hence the rash, the upsetting of digestion, the eliminations, and the general disturbances in the body.

4. Preferably we would use a vegetable compound - such as the Inner Clean - to arouse the activity of the gastric flow without producing too great a strain upon the lymph flow in producing overacidity in same; either the Inner Clean or the liquid of the ambrosia weed or the liver compound (Simmons Liver Regulator, in the liquid). These we find as the preference.

5. We would also have manipulations osteopathically to relieve those pressures in the lumbar and the upper dorsal area. These tend to make for the inflammatory conditions that exist through the circulations of the body.

6. In the matter of the diet, keep to those foods not of the heavy nature; such as raw vegetables once each day at least, cereals, well-cooked vegetables and the like for the body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Give diet for three meals daily for body when in normal condition to prevent recurrence of present disturbance. (A) Morning - cereals or fruits. These naturally would change according to the period of the activities for the body. Toast. Occasionally an egg or the like. Noon - preferably the raw vegetables at this meal, with a dressing that makes same palatable for the body; or the juices of vegetables, a little soup stock or the like. Evening - well-cooked vegetables, more of the leafy than the pod. The activities of ices, ice creams or the like - these

are well; with not too much of milk but rather tea or the like, even in the evening, will be well for the body - but iced.

9. (Q) Is there a chemical missing in the blood that causes the condition? If so, name it. (A) Rather the poor elimination; or a laxative in same. Figs, pieplant, such things occasionally taken would add the necessary effluvia in the blood flow.

10. (Q) What can body do to make bowels move easily and regularly, and how often should this body eliminate daily? (A) Once at least, thoroughly, or twice - preferably - for eliminations. As has been indicated, add figs or rhubarb or pie plant as a portion of the diet once or twice a week. Enemas are preferable to cathartics or even great quantities of laxatives; these taken body-temperature do not disturb the general activities of the system, but would regulate same.

11. (Q) What is the cause of oily hair and what can be done to decrease the oil? (A) Use a cleanser of crude oil for the scalp; clear same with grain alcohol - not wood nor denatured but grain alcohol - solution ten or twenty to one; one ounce of the grain alcohol to twenty ounces of water, this to cleanse same afterwards. This as we find will make for the natural tones for the hair. The condition arises from the poor circulation, or the poor coordination between the superficial and deeper circulation, by poisons in the system.

12. (Q) Is Paul Bragg's Tiare Tahiti oil hair tonic the right one? If not, give name of such a one. [Paul C. Bragg, N.D., Ph.T.] (A) As we find, Wildroot is a preferable one for this particular condition - or Quinine's.

13. (Q) How many glasses of water are necessary for this body daily? (A) Six to eight daily, more if there are the requirements of same.

14. (Q) Mention what teeth need attention. (A) The first of the molars and some of the stomach and eye teeth need looking after.

15. (Q) What is the best soap for washing this body's hair? (A) WE would use Drene - not a soap!

16. (Q) Any other information at this time?

(A) Keep the right attitudes ever, constructive - and the natural tendency and temperament of the body.
