Time of Reading Hotel ..., 5:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Body & enquiring mind - Questions as to betterment of conditions mentally and materially)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [279] - this we have had before. In the body-physical the conditions are very good, and [if the body will] will keep much of the same mental attitude as is being manifest in the present, [the body may] may the body stand in that position, "He that is on the Lord's side, who can be against him?" Ready for questions.

2. (Q) In the face of conditions as they exist, and appear to be, will I remain at Hotel ...? (A) This, as we have had before - and as we see in the present - [if the body desires] does the body DESIRE to remain, the body may remain. True, there are - as has been seen - unsatisfactory conditions existent as respecting the position and the conditions as SURROUND the body, in relation to the management, in relation to the circumstances and conditions as respecting same, yet these - as we find - will adjust themselves in such a way and manner, and [if there is] is there continued to be kept that loving indifference in the associations of some who have had - or pretend to have - the activities about same, then there will be offered, there will be, the proposition where the body may have the acceptance or rejectance of the position, as the same as is held in the present, for at least that period as has been given. True, there are OTHER associations, other relations as may be established, and some FLATTERING ones - as we find - may be offered to the body, especially in the Spring, but that will be DETERMINED - as to the stay - by the body itself; for, as is seen, while there are varied interests that make for disturbances in the handling of the affairs about the hotel, yet these will be adjusted in a way and manner, and APPEALS - if necessary - may be made by the body itself FOR a more equitable way and manner of things being HANDLED as respecting same; for remember each interest has the right for its own representation, as to whether that done, that activity, that which makes up the

air OF a business as relation to such an institution, has a right for its own representations.

3. (Q) Will Mr. Kurzrok, Senior and Junior, remain interested in the operation of this hotel? (A) That will depend upon their abilities to raise finances as necessary for their continued holding of their respective interests in same. There have been some efforts, some connections attempted to be made, whereby these feel in the present that it will be possible for them to make same. There are other forces that are making for preventions, even in that direction, even in the present.

4. (Q) If the State Title & Mortgage Co. takes over the ... Hotel, will I be retained? (A) If so desired.

5. (Q) Is there any suggestion for me to create favorable conditions for myself regarding the Hotel ...? (A) Rather, as has been suggested, as INTIMATED - and as has been outlined; not as creating, by acting in a manner as to make favorable impressions. Rather BE that as IS the abilities OF the body IN its active associations with the various conditions as arise. To elucidate: There are, as seen and understood by the body, [279], many conditions that are very aggravating, unbearable even at times, even self's own esteem of self is as being trampled upon, those of the associations, those of the abilities are being smeared, or those of faults or failures in others are being accredited to the over-activity or non-activity of the body, even being accused at times of incapacity and such. Now the abilities, as has been given, as is known, as is expressed by others, either exist or DON'T exist! To the body, to the public, to those, the abilities EXIST! Then that TRAINING, that necessary condition for the proper fortitude - even under fire physically AND mentally, which is WEIGHING, as it were, the abilities. Know, then, each experience as is met and overcome builds for the body-mind, the body-consciousness, the body-material abilities, a STRONGER force for the carrying on, and to meet bigger and more serious problems as they MAY arise from experience to experience. Then, buckle up - as it were; meet the conditions as they arise, knowing as to whether this, that or the other arises, doing right self, doing the correct condition by each individual concerned, meeting all - irrespective of consequences, as to what will be said as respecting self - will make for that which will make the EFFORTS worth while, whether they may be considered by some as being appreciated or not. Know to thine own self thou art true, in the trust that has been given to thee, and override all obstacles!

6. (Q) Should I, with David Kahn, continue conversations and negotiations with Louis Gold in reference to the insurance machine [See [4904] series.], and how should we proceed? (A) This indication, as has been seen, that there is an interest that may be awakened by the combined efforts of those who have presented same; for it is a worthy undertaking, and - as has been given - properly set, MUST make moneys! Then, we would continue negotiations, if money's what's wanted!

7. (Q) Should I try to influence various parties in the purchase of Zerozone Refrigerators as a side issue, and in conjunction with associations with [257]? (A) As has been given as respecting this product, each individual who would attempt in any manner to interest others in the use of the product should know something of the virtues of same. So, as would be advice to the body in this respect, WELL that same be made - that is, the investigation - and it will be found that it will prove WORTHY OF investigation, and would be well to MAKE such suggestions as would induce others to be interested in the use of the product. The association may build much that would be satisfactory, with a proper understanding in the beginning, but HAVE same understood in the manner where no questions may arise - see?

8. (Q) If the negotiations I have started between [257] and associates and Mr. [2107] are consummated, where should I enter the picture? (A) Such negotiations of allied interests may work to real valuation to all concerned IN such an association, or with differences arising may make for differences of a nature as to prove detrimental to BOTH concerned - but as we find, there are those grounds where, with the proper consideration of the various products and their distribution in and for the various conditions as each product is to meet, could be worked wherein the DISTRIBUTION may be made most worth while to both concerned. As for combinations of the manufacturing end, we would not consider until there is a vast deal more done by either. [See 2107-1 on 11/7/31.]

9. (Q) Regarding the insurance machine, should [279] and Kahn await the signing of agreement by Weaver and Drummond before further work is done? (A) The signing of agreements is necessary, provided the agreements are in accord with that as will be for the best INTERESTS of all concerned, but where such agreements - as drawn - are, on the face, so unbalanced, then it makes for conditions that must be a failure in the end; for that as is not founded on equitable basis for all concerned is as doing

good that evil may come, or evil that good may come. An equitable basis would be, with the consigning of the interest as is necessary for that of the interest TO be used AS NECESSARY portions for the completion OF that NECESSARY for the furthering of the project in hand. See? We are through for the present.
