Time of Reading 11:30 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [279]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are considerable changes in the general - and in specific conditions - in the physical forces of this body.

3. We find little that the body should be overanxious about, but considerable that the body should take precautions concerning. These are especially in that, under the stress or strain mentally and physically through which the body has been passing, there are specifically those tendencies for the various centers along the cerebrospinal system to show contraction through the activities of the old disorders that arose from toxic forces in the digestive system, and especially towards the assimilating system.

4. Hence the tendency for the body to become rather soon exhausted by any activity mentally or physically; tired, achy, and dull headaches that seem to centralize in the eyes and face; a feeling as of quick pulsations, catchy feelings about the heart.

5. These are merely REFLEX actions and, as given, should not cause undue anxiety; rather the attention of the body by throwing off same through the assistance of the correction and manipulations osteopathically that make for better and greater relaxations throughout the body.

6. First we would take these treatments two one week, two the next week, then they may be stretched out to a great deal farther apart. And, it would be better were these rather of the nature of the GENERAL massage throughout, or over the whole system.

7. Also we would take those properties that will aid in the assimilations in the system, so that the digestive forces are more in accord with those activities that make a balancing of that ready for distribution; which would be found in BiSoDol. We would take this PRINCIPALLY, about half to a quarter teaspoonful, after the morning meal (even

though this meal is almost entirely of predigested foods) and after the evening meal.

8. These, as we find, would make for a better balancing of the conditions in this body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Do I need more weight? (A) With the PROPER distribution of the digestive forces, which will come by better digestion (that will be aided by those properties outlined), there will be some little increase in weight; and a better feeling throughout as respecting same.

11. (Q) What causes the feeling of lightheadedness at various times, with the subsequent palpitation? (A) Those congestions along cerebrospinal centers, from the exercising of the worriments mentally and physically, as we have indicated. Quick circulation changing in the body, see?

12. (Q) What is the tugging, or at times bubbling feeling in the stomach? (A) The undigested forces attempting to balance themselves. Hence that given for this particular body to carry an excess (as it does) of those properties that make for lacteals, will overcome the acidity. This is that, as may be termed, that is seen when excess fermentation takes place without digestion.

13. (Q) What is the condition of the blood? (A) The blood is very good at present, with the consideration of the disturbance in the assimilating system. Without some corrections this may reach conditions where there will be greater disturbance; which IS seen with the lower hepatic circulation, or the urine shows the effect of excess acidity - and while it would show indications of too much of some properties in same, is nothing to be alarmed about - PROVIDED there are measures taken to create a better balance, in diet or in the activities of the body. And, as we have found, these as outlined would bring about normalcy.

14. (Q) Is the strontium bromide recently prescribed helping me, and should it be continued for the time suggested? (A) As we find, this is rather the tendency for a too much of a sedative nature upon the nervous system. With the manipulations and properties taken as given - well, TRY these for one week and see if there isn't created a better balance, leaving off this bromide!

15. (Q) Any special advice to me at this time? (A) Much might be given the body as to its mental attitudes and aptitudes, concerning both its mental and its material relationships with various conditions and affairs, but these

- with that which has oft been outlined are: Keep self in that balance which is in accord with being in that attitude of sincerity with self towards the ideal, and better conditions are the natural result; for mind is the builder. As to what the impulse creates for same, is with the will of the individual.
