Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:20 P. M.

1. GC: You will have before you the Glad Helpers, members of which are present here, and their work of seeking to aid others through prayer and meditation. You will give such guidance as we need at this time in carrying forward our work and answer the questions which will be asked.

2. EC: Yes, we have the group, the Glad Helpers as gathered here and their purposes and desires to be of aid and help to others. These that have chosen to serve in those capacities as channels of blessings to others have chosen well. For as ye do unto others, as ye seek to be of help, of comfort, of aid to others, so may it be measured unto thee. For He has given, who IS the way, who is the light, who is the understanding, that as ye mete unto thy brethren so may it be meted unto thee.

3. Then let thy lives, thy purposes, thy desires be as one with Him in that ye do and say. And let thy words, thy counsel and thy life and thy activities be as one that that THOU doest may not be evilspoken of. So present thy lives, so use that which has been given thee in thy abilities, in thy attributes of love, so that they may become more and more a shining light unto those that are along life's way; in sorrow, in sadness, in pleasure, in joy, be thou ever as rejoicing with those that rejoice, weeping with those that weep, even as He thy Master. Yet again as He gave, let it all be done in an eyesingle to service, to glory unto thy Lord and thy Master. Let thy days be as those that are enjoined unto Him that there may come to the world, to those that ye meet, the more and more knowledge of His consciousness in their daily experience.

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Please give six affirmations to be sent those on our prayer list. (A) First: LORD, THOU WHO ART HOLY, KEEP AND PRESERVE THOU

MY EVERY EFFORT, THAT I MAY BRING TO THE EXPERIENCE OF OTHERS AND TO MYSELF THE AWARENESS OF THY PRESENCE ABIDING WITH THEM. Second: LET LOVE, LIFE AND HOPE BE THE MOTIVATIVE FORCES IN MY THOUGHTS AND MY ACTS DAY BY DAY. Third: HEAVENLY FATHER, AS THOU ART LIFE, SO INCREASE THOU LIFE AND LOVE IN EVERY ATOM OF MY BODY AS TO MAKE ME ONE WITH THEE. Fourth: AS THY DAYS, THY WAYS, MAY BE MY DAYS, MY WAYS, WILT THOU KEEP THOU ME AND THOSE THAT LOVE THEE IN THAT WAY THAT MORE AND MORE OF THE LIGHT OF THY LOVE MAY PERMEATE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BODIES DAY BY DAY. Fifth: LET LOVE BE WITHOUT DISSIMULATION. LET JOY AND HOPE PERVADE MY LIFE IN SUCH MEASURES THAT OTHERS MAY TAKE HOPE, MAY TAKE LIFE AND KNOW THAT THOU ARE NEAR. Sixth: AS MY LIFE IS A REFLECTION OF MY CONCEPT OF THOU, IN THY ACTIVITIES IN THE EARTH, O LORD, KEEP ME IN THE WAY THAT I SHOULD GO. Seventh: WILT THOU, O FATHER, COME INTO THE LIVES AND HEARTS AND MINDS OF THOSE, AS WE PRAY FOR THEM, WITH THEM. MOVE THOU THROUGH THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH THEIR EXPRESSIONS TO ENJOIN IN THY LOVE. Eighth: FATHER, GOD, KEEP THOU ME IN THE WAY THAT I SHOULD GO, THAT I MAY FULFILL THAT PURPOSE THAT THOU WOULD HAVE ME FILL AT THIS TIME.

6. (Q) [993]: Should we now begin to divide the prayer list among the various members of the Glad Helpers? (A) As there are chosen, and as there is offered for service, those that would lend of themselves in such a service, this is well. Yet let there be those periods when ALL give of themselves in unison.

7. (Q) How should I make this division? (A) By lot.

8. (Q) In forming other Glad Helpers groups should we send them our entire list, or just the names of those in their city? (A) An exchange of purpose, a oneness of purpose in all cities is well. If there is sought by others to be of an aid, as a oneness of purpose it is well to exchange or to work as a unit.

9. (Q) Please give an individual message on the Glad

Helpers work for each member as I call the names. First: [540]: (A) As thy purposes and thy desires are made one with the Christ Consciousness within, so may ye bring to those that ye pray with and for that understanding, that awakening in their experience.

10. (Q) [603]: (A) Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil. Cleave to that which is good. As ye walk in the light, so may ye guide others in their seeking, in their understandings of that they seek. Let the love in Christ constrain thee that ye may be more and more a channel of blessings to others.

11. (Q) [585]: (A) As the consciousness of the Christ presence comes nearer and nearer to thee, may ye be endowed with that of shedding HIS joy, HIS love into the life of others. The more knowledge, the more responsibility. The more love, the more ability. Keep thou the way open; for as He has chosen thee, so must ye choose His ways. For as He gave, "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

12. (Q) [910]'s mother: (A) Let thy prayer, thy meditation be, "Here am I, O Lord, use me as thou seest fit. Thou knowest the needs, Thou knowest the purposes, Thou knowest the desires. Make them pure indeed in me, that I may be the greater channel of blessings to others.

13. (Q) [618]: (A) As the powers that were thine, are thine, are purified in the love of the Christ so may ye give out to those that seek, ever - ever in His name. "For if ye ask in my name, believing, it shall be done unto him for whom ye ask," if ye abide in His love.

14. (Q) [2470]: (A) Keep the heart singing, knowing that He is nigh unto thee that would bring thee the fulfillment of thy desires in the spirit of the Christ. Let HIS ways, HIS knowledge, HIS presence, lift thee up, that ye may be the greater channel of blessings to others.

15. (Q) [295]: (A) Let thy heart, thy mind, thy body, be kept in that way that the blessings may come to others as thou fulfillest the love thou professest in the Christ life. Let the love of the Father, the Son, constrain thee in thy seeking day by day.

16. (Q) [288]: (A) May the love in Christ keep thee, and guide thee in thy meditations, that ye may be the greater blessings to others

in thy ministry to thy fellow man. For as ye do it in spirit, in purpose, in desire to others, so will ye be judged; so will ye mete it unto thy fellow man.

17. (Q) [341]: (A) Let thy prayer, thy meditation be, "Here am I, Lord, use me. Let Thy ways be my ways; let my ways be Thy ways, O Lord, that I may constrain others to glorify Thee day by day."

18. (Q) [993]: (A) Let thy purposes, thy aims, be kept in the way thou hast chosen that the Lord thy God, through the Christ, be magnified more and more in the hearts and the minds and the souls of those that ye seek to aid day by day. Well hast thou chosen. He will not forsake thee if ye will keep in His ways.

19. (Q) [294]: (A) Let thy going in, thy coming out, be acceptable in the Lord. Let thy purposes, thy desires be not thine but as the Lord would use thee day by day.

20. (Q) [656]'s mother: (A) May thy heart be kept as at-one with the purposes of the Christ that gave, "If ye ask in my name so may it be done unto thee - If ye keep my commandments I will come and abide with thee."

21. (Q) [560]: (A) As the Law of the Lord is perfect, so be ye perfect in desire, in purpose, in aim; that the glory of the Father may be made manifest more and more in the lives of others. Well hast thou chosen in Him, for as He blesses thee so may YE bless others.

22. (Q) The Washington Glad Helpers Group: [Made up of members from both 705-1 & 835-1 DC-SFG groups.] (A) May the love of the Christ purpose in the earth constrain thee in thy purposes with thy fellow man. "NOT as my will," should be thy prayer, "but as Thine, O Lord, as Thou seest the needs. And when I may help and where I may help, wilt I ever be ready to do and be that as may bring the greater joy, the greater understandings in the experience of others."

23. We are through.
