1. GC: You will have before you the Glad Helpers, members of which are present in this room, and their study and work in relation to spiritual healing. You will give the affirmations to be sent those on our prayer list - then any spiritual advice for the group as a whole that will be of help at this time.
2. EC: Yes, we have the work here of the Glad Helpers Prayer Group, and the members present in this room - as a group, as individuals.
3. As for the affirmations, we would begin as this:
4. 1st: OUR FATHER, OUR GOD! IN THY LOVE BE THOU NEAR TO ME NOW, AS I SEEK THE FACE OF JESUS THE CHRIST; WHO PROMISED "THAT THOU SHALT ASK IN MY NAME WILL BE DONE, THAT THE FATHER MAY BE GLORIFIED IN ME." HELP THOU, O GOD, MY UNBELIEF. FOR I SEEK THY GRACE, THY MERCY JUST NOW.
5. 2nd: OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME! THOUGH WE ARE BESET WITH DISTURBANCES ON EVERY HAND, WE BELIEVE THAT IN THEE WE MAY FIND PEACE AND GRACE AND STRENGTH. HELP ME TO MEET MY PROBLEMS, OF EVERY NATURE, IN THEE: FOR THOU ART THE GIVER OF ALL GOOD AND PERFECT GIFTS. HEAL THOU ME IN THINE OWN MERCY AND STRENGTH, AS IS PROMISED IN JESUS THE CHRIST.
6. 3rd: O GOD, HELP THOU MY UNBELIEF! I REALIZE MY WEAKNESSES AND MY FAULTS, YET IN THEE, AND BY FAITH IN THE CHRIST, I MAY FIND THE STRENGTH TO MEET THE JOYS AND THE SORROWS OF THIS MATERIAL LIFE. HELP, O FATHER! IN HIS NAME I ASK IT.
7. 4th: OUR FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN! HALLOWED BE THY NAME. MAY I AS THY CHILD HAVE A PART IN THE COMING OF THE KINGDOM OF CHRIST IN THE EARTH NOW. MAY I SO LIVE THAT HIS LOVE MAY BE MANIFESTED IN THOSE I MEET DAY BY DAY. MAY I WALK, O FATHER, CLOSER TO HIM DAY BY DAY.
8. 5th: OUR FATHER, OUR GOD! WE THANK THEE FOR THE GIFT OF THY SON, THE CHRIST, IN WHOSE NAME WE ASK PARDON AND GRACE, AND MERCY - FOR THE SHORTCOMINGS OF MYSELF AND OTHERS. LET

ME SO LIVE IN THE LIGHT OF HIS LOVE AS HE MANIFESTED IN THE EARTH. AND MAY I BE HUMBLE, MAY I BE PATIENT, MAY I BE GRACIOUS: FORGIVING EVEN AS I ASK FORGIVENESS FOR MYSELF.
9. 6th: OUR FATHER, OUR GOD! IN THY LOVE I SEEK THE PROMISES MADE BY JESUS, THY SON. MAY I FIND HEALTH, STRENGTH, AND THE MIGHT TO BE A CHANNEL OF BLESSING TO OTHERS FOR HIS NAME'S SAKE. THOU KNOWEST MY EVERY NEED. SUPPLY, O GOD, FROM THY BOUNTY, AND IN THY LOVE - FOR HIS SAKE.
10. 7th: OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME. THY KINGDOM COME IN EARTH, AND MAY I BE A CHANNEL THROUGH WHOM THIS KINGDOM OF THE CHRIST MAY BE THE RULING FORCE IN THE EARTH. GIVE, O FATHER, THAT LOVE, THAT MERCY WHICH WILL MAKE ME STRONG IN THE WAY, THAT WILL ENABLE ME TO BE A LIGHT TO OTHERS. FOR HIS NAME AND FOR HIS SAKE WE ASK THIS, O GOD.
11. 8th: O FATHER, O GOD! THOUGH I BE TRIED SEEMINGLY BEYOND THAT I AM ABLE TO BEAR, WILT THOU BE WITH ME - NOW. HELP ME TO MEET EACH PROBLEM, HELP ME TO MEET OTHERS IN SUCH A WAY AS TO BE A LIVING EXAMPLE OF THE PROMISES MADE TO MAN THROUGH THE CHRIST, THAT WHERE AND WHEN WE SEEK IN HIS NAME, THOU WILT HEAR AND ANSWER SPEEDILY.
12. 9th: OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, AND WHO GAVE THE CHILDREN OF MEN THE GIFT OF THE CHRIST, WHO CAME INTO THE EARTH THAT WE THROUGH HIM MIGHT KNOW THEE. AND AS HE OFFERED HIMSELF, HIS BODY AS THE SACRIFICE FOR ME, O GOD LET ME SO LIVE THAT IT WILL NOT BE IN VAIN FOR ME TO ASK, AND TO SEEK, AT THE THRONE OF MERCY, IN HIS NAME. MAY I SO LIVE THAT HE, THE CHRIST, WILL NOT DENY ME BEFORE THY THRONE.
13. In giving counsel to those of the prayer group:
14. Let each seek more and more, in their daily lives, to be one of those sent by the Lord, the Christ, to someone, to awaken them to their opportunities in the love of the Christ.
15. Then, let each of you so act yourself that those to whom ye speak KNOW ye walk and talk often with the Lord, with the Christ.
16. For He hath chosen each of you as a messenger to someone. Fail Him not.
17. We are through with this Reading.
