1. EC: We have this body here. There is very little abnormal with this body that is not easily corrected. There are some conditions that might become aggravated through congestion or non-attention of the body when the signals are give [given] in the system of some portions being overtaxed or used. Now these are conditions as we find the body here, Miss [286], we are speaking of, we find the blood almost normal, full flow, normal pressure, some overcharged as when irregular in the renewing of the red blood corpuscles. The respiratory functioning through blood circulations is good. At the present time, today, we have some congestion through the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, or cold. Here we have an increased hepatic circulation, nothing abnormal except the condition existing through the nervous system. We find there some conditions that had better be corrected, hence the conditions as we have given, heretofore, are not abnormal but may grow so, as in the head at this time. We find along the second lumbar plexus affecting the organs of the pelvis producing an overflow of blood at times through the menstrual periods causing the condition she has at this time in her head, you see. The reflex from this produces nausea or an aggravated condition of the nerve plexus seated at the ninth dorsal, which governs, in part, the nerves of the stomach or the pneumogastrics. To relieve this condition in this body we would take exercises rather than medicinal properties in the system. These would be in this manner or form: while the body takes exercise, but then there are certain muscles that need to be brought in exercise to relieve the condition and to cause a better distribution throughout the nervous system to relax this nerve tension. The functioning of the organs of the rest of the body are normal or nearly so at this time. The exercise would be that as the sitting up exercise of the army, you see, especially that of the lower limbs and the movement of those from the waist up, you see, not so much of the arms but more of the stooping positions used. These should be taken night and morning and for at least five minutes. Do this and she will find relief.
