Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [286]; this we have had before.

2. Many are the changes that have taken place in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here. Some, as we find, are the natural developments and conditions as a whole, and are very good.

3. There are some conditions of which the body should be warned during such periods, and for the better general health of the body. These are especially respecting the eliminations of the body; and the keeping of coordinations in the eliminations as respecting the hepatic circulation, especially.

4. As we find, this may be done better by the mindfulness of the diet, and the changes in the activities of the body respecting keeping the general physical forces in accord with the conditions respecting the eliminations.

5. These will make for a better general development, and keep the accords of the system.

6. As related to the functionings of organs of hepatic circulation, even though it becomes necessary at times to take those activities to produce the excess of flow through the activity of the lower digestive system, this we would do; not as cathartics, or specific cathartics, but rather those properties in the diet that tend to make for better activity.

7. These will make for those changes that will prevent not only the clogging of the system from poisons, but will prevent those easy tendencies respecting congestion and cold, and those ringings in the head and the ear, and the general inactivity.

8. In meeting much of these, we will find we will make for and keep a better equilibrium throughout the general physical forces of the body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What causes small blue spot on back? (A) Produced first by a bruise, and is the continuation of the tendency for blood to flow through same - in or under the stressed condition. This may be relieved by massaging same with Iodex, or a kindred application.

11. (Q) What climate is best suited to this body? (A) That which is somewhat of a dryer climate than the present surroundings; though, if the precautions are taken that have been suggested for the general conditions and activities of the physical body, such as to make for an equilibrium in the activity as related to the atmospheric pressures for the whole general system, these are very good.

12. That is all the questions regarding this body.
