Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [286]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the general physical conditions of the body are showing improvements in the general conditions. While there are those disturbances at times in the system, as indicated, these - as we find - may be aided in the use, in a systematic manner, WITH the general manipulation and treatments that are given the body, of Simmon's Liver Regulator. Preferably, in this particular condition, it would be taken in THIS way and manner:
3. A half teaspoonful (the liquid) morning before breakfast, and evening just before retiring. This would be taken for two days.
4. Then use, at the end of the second day, a high enema to evacuate or to empty the colon, see?
5. Then rest from taking the medicinal properties for three to four days.
6. Then take again for two days, see? using the enema again at the end of the second day.
7. No matter if there has been the flushing of the system, it will be well that the enema be taken to cleanse the colon itself.
8. In using the enema, or preparing the water for the enema, put in four quarts of water a level teaspoonful of salt and two level teaspoonsful of baking soda, to prevent irritation from where there has been the tendency for the adhering of fecal forces in various portions of the colon itself. To be sure, the four quarts would not be retained at one time, but should be prepared in this manner.
9. With the cleansing of the system, it will be found that the body will have more of an appetite. Yet the diet should tend toward the alkalin rather than the acid. No CONDIMENTS, then, should be used at any time during the period when these properties are being taken for the

eliminations.
10. This treatment will also aid in clearing the circulation of those tendencies for that irritation which occurs at times in the epidermis, or in the outer portion of the skin itself - or the under skin.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Is there any trouble with the appendix? (A) As indicated, rather in colon than in caecum or appendicial area. The pains and the irritation caused at times come from those tendencies of clogging in the system; while the nausea is rather from those conditions that have been described in the pelvic area. The manipulations are caring for these.
13. (Q) Can anything more be done than is being done around the pelvic region? (A) These conditions are being taken care of; and these additions that we have outlined will aid in cleansing the colon and clarifying the circulation. It will not be necessary for an operation, if these treatments will be followed systematically. Don't take the properties two or three days when we have given to take them only for two; nor then skip a week when we have given only to skip three or four days, see? Take IN THE MANNER we have outlined!
