Time of Reading 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, many changes have taken place with this body since last we had same here. Some that we have had before (that is, disturbing conditions) have again become accentuated, through improper eliminations and through the changes as come with those effects created in the system THROUGH such changes - both physical as relating to the functioning body, and physical as to the changes in environmental forces; that is, in the mental being, and the physical body overtaxing self. [See 287-2 for effects of white lead poison - or lead colic.]

2. To meet the needs of those distresses as are caused through the upper portion of the diaphragm, from that condition existent by the scar tissue produced by internal burns, these - as we find - show as RAW, as it were, and unless alleviation, would cause much distress to the body.

3. We would first use those of the sweat baths, with the properties of the wintergreen in the steam that is to envelop the body; or BATHE the body with a ten percent solution of the wintergreen as it is rubbed down FROM a ten to thirty minute sweat bath.

4. When the body is rested, which should be in thirty to forty minutes after such treatment, apply the ultra-violet ray to the back - especially in that region from the lower cervicals to and below the waist line.

5. Then, following same - after a little rest - with a GENTLE massage over the whole system.

6. This should bring about the proper reaction, alleviating the body from distress and bringing normal functionings for the body. We are through, for this series.
