There are some conditions in the body that have been and may be brought to such a condition as to become abnormal to the body and to bring with this those distressing conditions that arise in the functioning of organs and in the effect as would be created in system.
2. These conditions, however, we find to be at present more in the mental forces and activities of the mental with the physical than with physical abnormal conditions, save as these have exercised in the system.
3. That physical condition that is in the danger at the present and that producing abnormal condition is in the functioning of eliminations, especially in the emunctories of the liver and the intestinal tract below the intestinal digestion. 4. To relieve these conditions, we would bring exercise to the physical body in a regular, specific manner that gives the functioning of organs their portion of physical exercise. Also by the mental gymnastics in forces to bring the proper incentives to the whole system to function normally.
5. The body physically good, in all portions.
6. The body mentally given as these in gymnastics a thorough understanding of self in that the physical must be kept fit that the mental may function normally. The mental must be kept in that even tenor necessary that the physical may function normally through this present physical body, both in the physical and mental forces.
