1. GC: You will give in detail the physical, mental and spiritual conditions of this body, with suggestions for the improvement or correction of ALL of these, and any other suggestions that would be good for this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see, in all the detail in physical, mental and spiritual.

3. The body in the physical we find not as good in some respects as when we had this before, you see. While the conditions are of a different nature, yet there are those mental and spiritual attributes that affect the physical, and the physical in the response to its own physical action, and to that of the mental and spiritual, does not vibrate in that accord necessary to make for the better physical, mental or spiritual development in the body.

4. In the physical we find as these conditions: Where the sensory system has been affected, as we had before, this condition is greatly benefited, save in the action of the re-vibration from mental strain in the body through the sensory system; that is, as we have in this:

5. With constraint in the mental and spiritual, the subjugation of the forces as exercised in the sensory vibration, this restraint brings distresses to the physical portions in body, as we have in the eye, in the throat, in the secondary cardiac plexus; these manifesting through the centers repressed by mental, spiritual, attributes to the physical forces, and find physical or material manifestation in the physical in and through the sensory system, and in the conditions as given, for with the taxing of the body through these conditions the blood so taxed and giving in the system that of the poisons that should be eliminated in proper channels brings these effects to the centers so acted upon, or metabolistic effect of these exhumes in plasmatic cell brings to the lacteal ducts in the eye, in the nostril and throat these exaggerated conditions of the physical. Also the repression in same manner brings to the secondary cardiac forces that repression that gives the blood flow to spleen, and this produces the distress caused in the plexus

to the spleen circulation in the left side, just below the breast.

6. In the forces then as given through the physical, the body should, through mental and spiritual forces, overcome through itself those repressed conditions and find the outlet, either in deed or action physically, or give the same filled with the elements that create through the same channels the joy, the life giving elements of good toward all forces, self included.

7. This repression brings in the digestive system, through spleen's action, a repression in digestion, which brings to the physical forces those actions in mental of the hate, the repressed forces, that should find no lodging in the body here, [288], we are speaking of, for with the developing of the soul and spirit forces the entity should, and will, find in the building of the mind, the mental, the soul, with those of the elements that bring the good in self and to others, that building of the better forces in the physical body in self.

8. Well that the exercises to the physical be taken in a consistent manner. Not always just the same, but diversion in mental forces in physical action, and in their reaction, will bring those elements that will produce the coordination of the mental, the physical and the spiritual forces, which may be manifested for good in this body.

9. Do that.

10. (Q) What should the diet be for this body? (A) Not too much of meats of ANY character. Rather that (when meats are taken) of fowl or fish, but rather those of the vegetable forces that give the clarifying of blood forces; such as would be found in cooked onions, beets, carrots or salsify, and in raw products of cabbage, of celery, of lettuce, and these will act well with the mental and spiritual forces in the body, for without proper digestion all things look dark to any individual. Food values in this body should include those as given. All tuberous vegetables good, whether they are prepared with or without the fats of animal fat, preferably with some portion of meat or animal fat with such vegetables. Keep the well balance throughout. Teas, coffee, chocolate, any stimulant to the system is good in moderation, never to excess. Body does not eat sufficient of any of these at present.

11. (Q) Are there any other suggestions in regard to this body? (A) There are many other suggestions. These are as have

been asked.

12. We are through.
