This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 27th day of August, 1926, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [288].

1. GC: You will give a physical and mental reading on this body, with suggestions and advice for the improvement and correction of each, and you will tell this body if it is proceeding in the proper way and manner to best serve.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before.

3. In the physical forces, these we find very good in many respects. There is not the CORRECT assimilation in the physical forces, through the digestive tract. This may be assisted and aided by the exercises as have been outlined, especially those for the lower portions of the body, that the system may be kept in balance.

4. In the rest of the system, these we find are very good at the present time, and should be kept much in that way and manner as has been, and as is being kept by the physical forces.

5. The mental shows improvements, and the reaction in the system to that of service is very good. These need to be kept much in the present way and manner. Follow up same, without projecting self in same - that is, in every way and manner present self and self's service for the service's sake, and and not for self's sake, see? In the manner of this these may be kept, until the development is better mentally, physically, morally, financially. Then do that. Ready for questions.

Needs to be kept a well balanced system - not ever overloading, yet kept in that way as has been outlined for the diet, and for the general development, physically, morallly, mentally. See? Keeping a well balanced system - never be an extremist.

7. (Q) Are the exercises the body has been taking for the last few days the proper ones?

(A) These are very good, and the effect of same is being seen and felt in the body. Keep much of these, but more of the lower portion of body as the exercise - lower limbs, and from waist down, see? for we must keep an equilibrium.
