1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. In the general physical forces of the body, these we find are very good. In the eliminations, as has been set up in the system, we find there is the tendency for the chokage of the passages in the alimentary canal, especially in the ends of intestine where they enter in the colon. This is more from inconsistency in diet than from anything else. Eating too much of one thing at times, and not sufficient of the activities of the body - or TOO much activities at others. If CONSISTENCY is kept in the system, better would be the activities.

2. For the present, we would give the oil that will EVACUATE the whole system followed by those that act as a BUILDING UP of the gastric juices of the stomach, and especially of the intestines themselves.

3. Then, we would take about two tablespoonsful of Castor Oil, to which there is added SODA - and heated - and beat well before it is taken.

4. Following same, or after the ACTIVITIES of same, we would evacuate through an enema - or irrigation - the whole of the colon.

5. Then we would find that small doses taken until they act with the system, those of the Castoria as compounded - would be well for the system; taking nearly a whole bottle, or nearly nine hundred drops taken, about a quarter teaspoonful every half hour until the system acts or responds from same.

6. Take the oil first, and the irrigation AFTER this has acted. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Should she follow any special diet during this treatment? (A) She won't want much to eat if she will take the oil!

Those that are ALKALIN reaction, of course. There's soups, or those of EASILY assimilated are best during the period. THEN be CONSISTENT with the eating! Regular; not too much, and DO NOT CROWD system at any one time! Be consistent and persistent! We are through with this reading.
