Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body here. Now, as we find, the general physical forces of the body are much improved from that as when we last had same here. While, to be sure, there is a great deal of disturbance through the digestive system and nausea, and poor external circulation; showing a tendency for a deep circulation rather than external or superficial circulation, but in the present, if there will be kept the feet warm, keeping out of the damp or night air, and taking those properties as to cleanse the system thoroughly and to stimulate the circulation in all portions of the body, we should find, within one to two days, this condition disappearing. Then be mindful that there is kept a better equal balance, better coordination in all the activities of the body.
2. In the evening, then, we would take those of Alophen, with at least ten grains of Aspirin and a good swallow of Spirits Frumenti to make for a stimulation to the whole capillary circulation.
3. We would also bathe or massage the feet with anything that will make for a stimulation to the circulation to the extremities.
4. Also we would take occasionally that which has been given as the expectorant, [288-32, Par. 10, 11] or for the cold or congestion in lungs, and add to same occasionally one to two grains of Calcidin - which will stimulate the circulation now from the lungs.
5. Then, be well by Wednesday! [See 288-33, Par. R1.]
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) What makes the body so hungry all the time? (A) The desire for the resuscitation of the circulation, or the need of blood in the body. It's about ten million below normal in the red blood supply!
8. (Q) What advice regarding this condition? (A) As given, when there has been the cleansing of the
288-33 Page 2
congestion from the properties given, and the circulation stimulated by the acid in the active force of the properties taken with the Spirits Frumenti stimulating the circulation, carrying the circulation not only to the digestive forces of the body but to the whole portions of the body, stimulating the lung circulation with those properties to keep an even balance in the foods, see? Don't eat a lot one day and nothing the next! Don't overeat at one period and then eat things known to be harmful to the body at the next, see? but keep a coordinating balance. One that is blood and nerve building. Eat some meats! and some of those of all the properties that require roughage, or the activity of the system to digest them - all such properties!
9. (Q) Should the vibrator be continued? (A) We didn't say discontinue it, did we? Then it's to be continued!
10. (Q) How long at a time? (A) One, three, four, five weeks at a time, if so desired.
11. (Q) How long at each treatment? (A) Hour, or hour and a half. Whatever is necessary to bring about proper condition, if it takes one minute or an hour, or two hours, do it! if you're interested in what you're trying to do! It's to relax the body, whether it requires a minute or a week, or an hour! [Par. 11-A was for the member of the family who had been applying the vibrator to [288]. Having applied it daily for almost a week she perhaps was getting tired and thought she could let up a bit.]
12. (Q) What would you suggest to use to massage the feet with? (A) Anything! Hot water is very good. Anything that will bring the circulation. Grease of any kind - but don't get it all over everything! Use consistency with whatever is necessary. Camphorated oil, turpentine, grease of any nature - ANYTHING that brings the circulation. Salt, soda - anything!
13. That is all the questions regarding this body.
14. See, the one dose of those properties to eliminate should be sufficient. If it isn't found to be, then take others - but only one of this in this way as given. The Alophen, with ten grains of Aspirin and a good swig of Spirits Frumenti - but go to bed when it's taken!
