Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, as we find, the general physical conditions are very good. While there are tendencies for the weaknesses that have been indicated in the activity of the eliminating system, and the ducts and organs of the ducts that function with the eliminating system in every sense - as throat, as the lacteal ducts, as the adrenals, as the pancreas, in the caecum, and those portions of the system as related to the activities of the blood supply - if there are the proper precautions taken, and the mental attitude kept in such ways and manners as to make for the coordination of the eliminating systems - as has been indicated in the varied ways and manners - we find these will keep the near normal balance.

2. (Q) Should I MAKE myself take the evening exercises of the lower limbs, even when I'm so tired and heavy that I can't put any pep into it? (A) The best way to acquire the correct amount of pep is to take the exercise!

3. (Q) When I don't walk during the day, are the evening exercises sufficient to equalize the circulation to the lower limbs? (A) Provided the exercises are of sufficient duration and sufficient character to insure the activity in these portions of the system. Well that there be the riding of the bicycle; that is, the exercise of same from the shoulders and the limbs, upward, and movements as of riding, see?

4. (Q) How are my pelvic organs? (A) Near normal.

5. (Q) Why do I always suffer menstrual pains? (A) Owing to the incoordination as we have indicated in the adrenals and the caecum areas, making for pressures during the periods. These, then, require that the exercises and that the positions of the body in its activities make for

288-38 Page 2

the proper coordinations. Through diet and exercise the greater portion of all disturbances may be equalized and overcome, if the right mental attitude is kept.

6. (Q) Is it natural for me to menstruate around every twenty-three days? (A) Near to normal.

7. (Q) What causes my skin to be so dry? (A) The poor circulation.

8. (Q) Are there any elements lacking in my system? If so, how may they be supplied? (A) As we find, a tonic in the present would be very helpful; that is, the iron and beef and wine. [Wyeth's Beef, Iron & Wine]

9. (Q) Is there any cause beyond the physical for the apparent susceptibility to injury of the left breast? [See 288-1 Persian period.] (A) Only the normal conditions that have been in indicated in the information that has been given. These, as we find, as has been indicated, mean that there must be kept the flow of the natural circulation through the mammary glands, which extend down the SIDE, you see - which should be massaged at times, so that these will bring about the proper circulation. Using the Iodex will be the better, for this stimulates the activity of the gland in its relationship to the general circulation.

10. (Q) Are the glands functioning properly now? [See 288-23, Par. 2-A.] (A) As indicated, all glands have been somewhat under the disturbances through the activities in the system, or lack of activities, that bring about the improper coordination of the eliminating activities in the glands as related to these. So we find it will be well to increase the amount of blood supply in the iron; though it will make - the use of this - some difference in the circulation as related to the elimination in the menstrual periods and the activities in relation to the other functioning of the organs as related to the sex - these will be for the better activities in the body.

11. (Q) How should it be taken? (A) Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine - we would take half a teaspoonful twice each day; take at least three-quarters or an entire bottle. [See 288-39, Par. 4-A.]

12. (Q) Why is it hard to increase weight in portions and decrease it in others? [See 288-2, elephantiasis warning. See 2950-1 & 2950-2.]

288-38 Page 3

(A) The natural tend or trend in the development of the fetus forces in its inception, and then the general activities have been in these directions. This would go more into the psychological than the pathological conditions, to be sure, as we have indicated through these sources respecting the associations throughout the sojourn of the entity and its bodily forces in the earth. [Karma from Atlantis?]

13. (Q) How may I equalize weight to all portions? (A) This may be aided in the exercises; while these are the natural consequences through those associations - then make the most of these!

14. (Q) What are my best colors, or does it really make any deference? (A) Each body, each activity, each soul-entity vibrates better to this, that or the other color. As with this, certain colors of green and blue are those to which the body vibrates the better.

15. (Q) Lighter shades? (A) Lighter shades.

16. (Q) Are we supposed to spiritualize all colors? (A) Colors are naturally the spiritualization of tone or sound; they are natural spiritualizations of same.

17. (Q) Are all physical weaknesses and ailments caused primarily from breaking of spiritual laws, instead of just physical or natural laws as we know them? [See 288-31, Par. 9-A.] (A) Rather the combination of each; as in the physical forces they are the activities from those things just indicated as to how color comes into - or tone comes into - its physical existence from the spiritualization of sound, or spiritualization of the VIBRATIONS that are set up by elementals - or by forces in same. So with the activities in the body. These come from the first urge - which is the meeting of the union of forces that create, as the beginning of inception, and those elements then that enter in by the feeding - when it begins with the changes of same - make for certain indications; and the functioning of glands, as are indicated, that make for the height or that make for color, or as to make for the functioning of various conditions. Then, it's a combination of these. Yet, as has been indicated, ALWAYS will it be found that the ATTITUDE of the mental forces of a body finds its inception in those things that come into growth; for what we think and what we eat - combined together - MAKE what we ARE; physically and mentally.

18. (Q) For instance, do my weaknesses in the physical body have anything to do with the manner in which I first erred in spirit; hence making it necessary for me to correct

288-38 Page 4

inharmony within before attaining a perfect body? [See 288-31. Par. 9-A in re first breaking away from oneness.] (A) They are the result of same, of course, throughout the activities in the ages, and what we do ABOUT them in any ONE experience or combination of all of the experiences.

19. (Q) In what condition is my liver now? (A) As indicated, there is some congestion and lack of the functionings of the glands with same.

20. (Q) Is my blood being built up properly? (A) Not wholly properly, else we wouldn't add those influences or forces for the activity on the whole system. With the taking of these properties, as indicated, it would become necessary to INSURE that there are the proper eliminations, see?

21. (Q) Should I eliminate sweets entirely? (A) No.

22. (Q) How may I insure proper eliminations in this period? (A) By the diet and exercise.
