1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [288]; this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, there are many changes in the physical forces of this body since last we had same here. There are those evidences of the effect of poisons as from the glands in throat or tonsil [See 288-18, etc.] making for an activity in the system which has settled in the lumbar area, producing a congestion in the form of neuralgia through the organs of the pelvis and through the locomotory organs. These are bettered conditions - that is, those in the throat - than when we last had same. But we would find that to produce HEAT across the lumbar area, AFTER there had been a correction or a loosening of the segment areas in the upper sacral, the whole of the lumbar and to those even of the 9th and 10th dorsal all the way up, you see, the 11th, 12th, 10th, 9th, 8th, and then, of course, coordinating those in the cervical area. We would take an eliminate and those activities, as we find, will make for the better conditions in the present.
3. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) What causes the feet to hurt? (A) The pressure in the locomotory area.
5. (Q) Did beef tonic have the desired effect? [Wyeth's - See 288-38.] (A) Very good. It's only the congestion through settlings of poisons at the time of menstrual period, through making congestions in the lumbar and sacral area, as indicated, producing neuralgia.
6. (Q) Why do I have such a craving for sweets at certain periods and then don't want any for a long time? (A) Lack of sufficient of carbohydrates for the system!
7. (Q) Should eyes have any special treatment? (A) The correction of the rest of the system and the coordinating throughout the whole of the cervical area, as
288-39 Page 2
we find, would be more helpful. But if there is the continued strain to them, then we would use glasses. [See 288-2, Par. R1, R3.]
8. (Q) Is one treatment osteopathically enough? (A) Should be two or three; about two or three days apart.
9. (Q) Should the eliminant be taken or the correction made first? (A) As we would find, we would make the corrections first! Then take an eliminant. Add heat, see, after these. Then have another correction. And we would find a great deal of change in the body. Then take another.
10. (Q) Should I take the Castor Oil? (A) As an eliminant, very good eliminant! Necessary after taking such an eliminant that there be either Syrup of Figs or Castoria taken to TONE the system without making a strain from the overacidity produced in the alimentary canal.
11. (Q) How often should I eat sweets? (A) As much as you want: The sweets from nuts, fruit and the like are better than candies, of course. Pastries are not so hard, but it is preferable to take the sweets in the fruits and vegetables.
