1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [288]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in the main conditions are much improved from that as when we last had same here. The lack of the toxic conditions through the system has been and is most beneficial to the general system.

4. The removal of the tonsils was WELL done, with little resultant effect of disturbance through the body.

5. To be sure, the tonsils perform functions in the system. It is necessary, then, that precautions be taken that there is kept good eliminations. For the tonsils act as what might be called a balance, or as scavenger activities in relieving poisons from the system. Thus there should be precautions as to keeping good eliminations.

6. These may be better tended to through diet than cathartics or laxatives; by taking plenty of fruits and vegetables that are laxative in their natures.

7. Do these, and occasionally have the corrective measures osteopathically to keep those tensions off of any particular portion of the spine; thus we should keep the body physically fit.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What caused, and may anything be done to eliminate the red spot on my nose? [Over exposure to sun - blistered freckle?] (A) This is from a broken cell. Do not irritate too much, or this may turn to a mole or wart - which would be a disfiguration to the body. We would keep a little camphor, or camphorice on same of evenings. [10/10/42 See 288-53, Par. 13-A advising to continue the camphor. 3/10/43 She reported: "The red spot on my nose has been completely absorbed and eliminated, by using the Spirits of Camphor each evening as suggested."]

10. (Q) The numerous moles which continue to occur, especially on upper part of body? (A) This is mostly the imagination, for they come and go. And if there is kept good eliminations, we will find these will not appear.

11. (Q) Have the corrections been made in the coccyx? [See 288-47 Par. 9-A.] (A) In the main, yes.

12. (Q) Should I continue the exercise of rising on toes [As given in 288-47, Par. 8-A.] and bending forward, or would another exercise now be better? (A) That of bracing the feet against the wall and circling the hips would be the better exercise, if taken once each day for about three to four circles or movements of body; hands on floor, feet braced against the wall, circulating the torso of the body, first one way, then the other, see?

13. (Q) Would this be better taken at night? (A) Take it any time you desire, but the same time each day - whether morning, noon, evening or what time!

14. (Q) What is the obstruction in the vagina which prevents taking a proper douche? (A) This is the reaction of conditions from the corrections in the coccyx area, producing the general stricture that occurs in maidens.

15. (Q) Should I do anything about it? (A) Whatever is desired to do about it! It's very well for it to be as it is!

16. (Q) What further may be done to keep feet in good condition and prevent corns? (A) The massaging of same with oil will prevent corns, provided shoes fit. Corns are produced by irritations, and poor circulation to the feet.

17. (Q) Is there a better shoe for me than the Red Cross? (A) If this fits, it's very good.

18. (Q) Should I take Adiron this fall? (A) This depends upon whether there is cold or congestion. If eliminations are kept well, there should NOT be the necessity of same - from the poisons being relieved that have been as accumulations, see?

19. (Q) Any special treatment for bruises [on arm] resulting from fall last Sunday? (A) Use Arnica on same, or any good massage that will remove the strain.

20. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep the eliminations well, and we should keep the body physically fit.

21. We are through with this Reading.
