1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [288]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, changes are indicated since last we had the body here; some improvements, and the course of the disturbance in the portions of the glandular forces - especially as related to the parts of the thyroid and the centers about the mammary glands [mumps] - indicated improvements.

4. Yet, there are disturbances to the general glandular system.

5. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body in the present:

6. In the blood supply we find there are indications of a stoppage, or blocking, in some of the eliminating channels of the body [menstruation]. These make for a quickening in the pulse and those inclinations for temperatures in parts of body through varied periods, as we shall see the cause of same.

7. Unless these are removed there may be the resulting conditions in the superficial circulation, forming into boils, glades or the like.

8. In the nervous forces of the body there are the natural tendencies - anxieties in regard to the pathological forces, as well as the imaginative forces; indicating nerve tensions.

9. These, as we find, affect the general reactions in the body-forces.

10. And there are those impingements in the central nervous system that in part, as well as combined with other conditions, are the sources of some of the disturbances as combined with the general conditions.

11. In the organs of the body - we find that head and throat, with those conditions in the mammary glands and

288-55 Page 2

parts of thyroid, show a plethora, or the swelling [Bags under chin, etc.], and the attempt of the body to disgorge those congestions produced by same; fever, temperatures through the areas being the manners of destruction of same - as there has been an increase in the leukocyte to care for same. These are being cared for, but will require precautions; else there may be after effects of such disturbances arising in various portions of the body.

12. Lungs, bronchi and larynx are nominal, though of course under the stress show a sympathetic reaction.

13. Heart, liver, kidneys - here we find the circulation showing the lack of proper eliminations in the body. These regurgitations, as in a disturbed kidney and liver circulation, produce nausea - as combined with the effects of properties that have been taken in body for the production of an activity in the glands and organs already choked by a suppression through the central nervous forces [stilbestrol tablets] [synthetic estrogen] [See 288-54, Par. R1 and 288-55, Par. R5.]; causing the organs in the pelvis to be adhered to walls of the vagina itself. These prevent the normal activity.

14. In the structural portions of body - as indicated in times back - there has been a disturbance in the coccyx end of spine [causing periodic hemorrhoids]. This, with the injury or pressure produced in the sacral [from auto accident shock on 10/9/42] has caused a greater trouble, with a disturbance already in the pelvic organs.

15. As we find, these would be best regulated by those corrections taken osteopathically to correct those conditions in the sacral, the lumbar and the coccyx area.

16. It may require that there be local applications to prevent adherence of the womb to the side of the vagina; packing with medicated gauze; though this MAY be able to be straightened without such. These we would do, through osteopathically; ALL of same.

17. For the first eight to ten of these, we would have these twice a week; and following ONE of these each week we would have the hydrotherapy treatment, with the heat, sweat and rubdown. Have the adjustment and THEN the hydrotherapy treatment. This is opposite, to be sure, from that ordinarily indicated, but these will respond better for this body if taken in this manner.

18. These as we find, with general precautions to keep the eliminations well, will bring the better conditions for this body.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) Who would you suggest to do the antiseptic packing

of the vagina, in case this becomes necessary? (A) Whoever the body chooses; one in sympathy with those measures to be taken.
