Time of Reading 3:40 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, [289] - we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are the inclinations for the body-physical to lapse to the weaknesses that have been indicated, owing to the lack of proper conditions in the blood stream and the effect or weakening effect it has upon the lungs, the digestion and heart's activity.

3. Hence the inclinations for congestions in the liver, and the burning sensations at times through the activity of the bladder and the kidneys.

4. These as we find are as warnings then, in the present.

5. So we would first have a cleansing, but not of too strenuous a nature - or the arousing to activity of the liver. In this particular instance as we find the better would be with Bromo-laxative Quinine. This is not too severe, unless there is indiscretion in the eating when this is taken; but take of a morning one tablet, in the noon or after the noon meal two tablets, upon retiring two tablets but don't try to work through the next day!

6. When this has acted upon the system, begin with Grove's Tasteless Chill Tonic (it's not very tasteless, but it's called that!). This as a stimulant.

7. And use a great deal in the diet of the strengthening foods; as beef juices, fowl or broths of same; and these will aid in cleansing the system at this time.

8. Begin with the use of the enzymes to produce better coagulation, a thickening; or producing a better circulation. The enzymes without the iron are preferable. These enzymes will be supplied through the properties that have been indicated in which these are carried - Ventriculin; WITHOUT the iron.

9. Massage at times would be MOST beneficial. This given as

a Swedish Massage would be more preferable than adjustments, until the body is much stronger.

10. Do that.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Please describe the present lung condition, or whatever it is that causes the cough. (A) The LIVER, in the present, causes the cough. This as we have given is a weakness, and a tendency - and it is the congestion in the circulation that is causing the weakness and the inclinations for the cough, rather than an irritation; though, as has been indicated, the massage will tend to loosen the areas about the secondary cardiac area, or the upper dorsal and cervical, and thus prevent the irritations becoming such as to cause greater distress through the lungs. This is still, as we find, blocked; and not a broken condition, but it's in a mighty good condition - unless care is taken - to find a great deal of weakness arising.

13. (Q) In his present condition would it be well for him to use the remedy for psoriasis given in a previous Reading? [See 289-1, Par. 7-A.] (A) This is very well; the elm and the saffron. These, though, do not take until there has been a thorough reaction from the quinine and senna - which are the active principles in the Bromo-Laxative Quinine. This is a bromide, with senna and quinine.

14. (Q) Will it be helpful to have the teeth extracted? (A) It would be rather irritating for the body at the present, but it would be most helpful.

15. (Q) Please explain the Swedish Massage. (A) It's Swedish Massage! This is a form of massage that usually accompanies Turkish Bath treatments. It may be described as being between a neuropathic and an osteopathic and a chiropractic treatment, but it is the massaging of the muscular forces of the body - with or after fume baths, or baths where there is a rubdown afterward followed by a massage with oil and then rub alcohol.

16. (Q) The body desires information as to how he may become more spiritual. (A) Study to show self approved unto the consciousness within; that is, so act, so answer others, that there is no condemnation in self of that you have determined to do. For the body knows, and yet these reactions oft make for irritations - and the body attempts to justify self by loud

talking or no acting on the part of itself. Just so act that thy criterion or ideal is ever foremost.
