Time of Reading 12:00 Noon - Dayton Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this body before, you see. Now, we find the body very good in many ways. There are many changes in the physical, in the mental, forces of the body since last we had it here. There are some physical conditions that are abnormal at the present time. These have to do with circulation, assimilation and eliminations of the body. Now, these are the conditions as we find them at the present time in this body:
2. Edgar Cayce, we are speaking of, speaking here the physical forces when normal.
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this, we find, abnormal in pressure, due to nerve laxness in the centers, especially in the arterial circulation. This causes the fast pulsation above normal, and the body shows the effects of this in eliminating centers where blood strain is affected in circulation, as in liver, kidneys, and pulmonary circulation. In the elements of the blood, very good. In the distribution, in the cellular building forces, all of the plasmatic construction in physical deflection in circulation allows too much laxness in the body. Hence a taxed sympathetic circulation. In the dross, poisons are carried that should be eliminated in the proper channels where affecting destructive cell organs of circulation, as in the spleen and in the lymphatic circulation.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, the congestion in the tissue from cold shows pressure on centers in cerebrospinal system, especially is this seen in the fourth and fifth dorsal, and in the lower lumbar region; also in the tendon centers of locomotion does the dross of circulation show in the action of the nerve that centers in said tendons. These are found specifically in the brachial plexus and in locomotors of the sacrum plexus. In the sympathetic, the centers as affected by the condition in the circulation and in muscular reaction

from tendon centers, these react or give reflexes throughout the body.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, in the sensory system, over-sensitive, by the action of the sympathetics with sensory organism. In the throat, brachial and larynx, effects of congestion and condition in circulation with the pulmonary and lung cells filled by sediments from the lymphatic circulation, overtaxed by the congestion, circulation and inflammation in the system.
6. IN THE DIGESTION, with the heart's action abnormal, with the spleen engorged from the sediment, destruction and overcharging of the organs, the listless, inactive, lack of incentive brought as reflex manifestation from the condition. The digestion, then, is slow, subnormal in secretions from hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus of nerve reaction and of hypogastric and pneumogastric blood supply. Liver active in excretory, low in secretions. Hepatic circulation high. Intestinal digestion overtaxed by the sedimentary condition in the lymphatic and arterial circulation. In the kidneys, and hypogastrium proper, a dull slow action of the organs.
7. Then, to bring the normal conditions to the body, more care should be given to the diet and to conditions to correct the body from physical reaction. In the suggestion to the conditions of the subconscious forces, equalize circulation and the reaction will appear in the system.
8. Two outward applications, those manipulations of masseurs that would relax the congestion, stimulating the excretory and secretion centers, as in the second and third dorsal, third and fourth cervical, twelfth to ninth dorsal, and fourth lumbar, these plexuses in the stimulation. This, we find, would bring, with suggestion to the subnormal subconscious, superconscious forces, the normal reaction to this body.
9. (Q) What should the diet be? (A) A well balanced condition of vegetable forces of tuberous nature, growing below the ground, and the vibrations of vegetable forces made into broths or soups, not too greasy, of vegetables grown above the ground. Wild game and fish as meats. Plenty of water, with little stimulants to the system.
10. (Q) Give word for word, the suggestion that should be given this body while in the subconscious state. (A) The circulation would be so equalized as to remove strain from all centers of the nerve system as to allow the organs of the system to assimilate and secrete properly those conditions necessary for normal condition of this

body.
11. (Q) Should this suggestion be given to this body at this time? (A) At all times when in this condition.
12. (Q) How often should the osteopathic treatment be given? (A) Every third day until at least five have been given.
13. We are through.
