Time of Reading 8:40 A. M. Dayton Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Now we find there is much of the same conditions in the body as when we had this last here. The cold and congestion as is produced in system, with combating of the destructive tissue, and blood supply that accrues from destroyed congestion in system, is not eliminated properly. Hence the conditions that exist in centers and plexus of the sympathetic and lymphatic system. These produce strain on portions of the body.

2. To keep these conditions in better shape, the body should not eat heavily, and especially of meats; rather green vegetables and fruits, or cooked vegetables of the bulbous nature, and fruits raw.

3. Keep the eliminations proper in the system, drinking plenty of water, taking salines that will eliminate or flush the alimentary canal, and keeping the centers, where congestion may tax the body, relaxed through manipulation.

4. This, we see, would keep the body in very good condition.

5. (Q) What has caused the pain in this body in the right side in the last few days? [Cecum stricture?] (A) A strain, centralizing the eliminating centers of the lymphatic and nerve system, producing a contraction, sympathetically, to the nerve plexus there.

6. (Q) Is the body's physical, mental and spiritual condition such that it would be well for him to take the trip to New York at this time, to confer with Mr. Morton H. Blumenthal and others? [Work:EC] (A) Very good.

7. (Q) What saline solution would be best for this body to take? (A) Phosphate of Soda, with Syrup of Sarsaparilla. Half a teaspoonful (9 to 12 drops) Sarsaparilla mornings, when necessary, before meals.

8. (Q) Would it be well to continue with the suggestion for the body, as was given in the last reading? (A) Well at all times for such suggestion, when given in the manner that gives the subconscious the expectancy of the action on and with the suggestion given.

9. (Q) Are there any further suggestions for this body?

(A) Do as we have given for this body. Very good, save the lack of eliminations, from congestion, as we have given, you see. GC: What caused these conditions? Poisons in the system assist in causing clogging conditions; cold and draft assist to produce - What caused these conditions? Just as given, these bring about, for with the lack of the poisons being eliminated, congestion comes with more cold, as we have in the bronchials, as we have in the intestinal tract, as we have in the lymphatic circulation; the liver, the spleen, kidneys.

10. (Q) Did the gas from furnace have anything to do with this condition in the bronchials? (A) Gas from furnace and smoke of cigarettes both have their part in the conditions.

11. (Q) Would it be well for this body not to smoke so much? (A) To be cut at least in half. Keep in the open more.

12. (Q) Are there any specific exercises this body should take? (A) Should take a great many. Any more than he does, for he doesn't take any, you see, to amount to anything.

13. (Q) Tell us what specific exercises would be best for this body. (A) Depends upon what the body desires to do.
