1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of EC, present in this room, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lessons to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same, if any.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, EC. This we have had before, with the dreams that come to the body from time to time.

3. These, as we see, are emblematical of the way and manner in which the physical conditions are to be brought about in the operations of the work being attempted; for these are dreams:

4. The correlation of subconscious forces with OTHER subconscious minds and entities who are related directly and indirectly with the operations of same.

5. Ready for dream.

6. (Q) Saturday Morning, 1/30/26. "Dream regarding someone trying to cheat me out of something, and eventually showed division of profits with some other individual and [195]. You will recall this dream in detail, give the interpretation and lesson to be learned from this." (A) In the dream there is seen this:

There had been some conversation regarding certain division of profits as might accrue from operations, through information given in the psychic forces. The one coming to the entity left the impression that this was not being handled in a way satisfactory, yet when the individual approaches, this we find to be intact, and the divisions more than had been anticipated, as was seen coming with same, divisions through that operation of another individual, [195], see?

Then, these present to the entity these conditions which have already been presented to the entity. The lesson which should be gained and taken from this is: that these

294-62 Page 2

conditions should be studies well, and while individuals attempt and mean to do the correct thing, the shortcomings in each should be brought to the attention of each in their proper manner, just as same is done through the operations of those things handled by [195], see?

7. (Q) Dream Monday morning, 2/1/26 of climbing the wall, lady falling, etc. You will recall this dream and give interpretation and lesson to be learned from same.

[This was the dream, not read by GC in the question but later EC dictated the dream to GD as he remembered it:

I am walking down a glade with a lady holding my arm. The lady has on a veil, so I never do see her face. There are vines, or there is a carpet of vines on the ground, all have star-shaped white flowers on them. We find all the trees are trimmed to represent a pyramid, and are evergreens. We come to a brook with very clear water, beautiful white sand and pebbles. We step over the brook and start up a little rise, or hill, and are met by a messenger or figure dressed as Mercury, wings on feet and shoulders. He addresses us, asks us to join hands, which we do. Then he lays across our united hands a cloth of gold. The piece is about six inches wide and a little more than a yard long. Then we walk on, up the hill, the messenger having vanished. We come to a road that is all muddy. As we stand looking at it, the messenger suddenly appears. He tells us to hold hands together with the cloth on same, over the road. We do this and the muddy road dries up. We walk over it and come to a very high cliff. It seems to be of chalk. We are to climb it. I have a heavy knife with which I cut niches in rock and begin to climb, pulling the lady up as I cut niches and climb.

This dream has rarely varied with the years. Sometimes I get a little higher on the cliff than others, but I have never seen over the top. Usually I fall.]

(A) In this there is seen the same vision which has been presented to the entity often, when there were changes coming into the life. And if studied properly, this, it may be seen, has been as a warning to the entity of conditions which were arising. The dream is as this:

There is apparently with the body-physical, Edgar Cayce, a lady, walking with him in a dale or glen, in which flowers are profuse on the ground; yet these do not entangle the

294-62 Page 3

feet, but are beautiful to look upon. Walking through this well trimmed, well kept glade, they approach this stream, which is, as we see, representing the dividing line. And as they pass over, start up, there is presented that messenger, who is shown as the messenger of those new thoughts, ideas or ideals.

Then, as this band, representing gold cloth, is presented to them, with the injunction that together all can be accomplished, alone nothing may be accomplished, there is seen then the general, gradual ascent to the roadway, the passing over, with the wall to be scaled.

As the climbing goes up, ever keeping this band together, the scaling of the wall depends upon the ability to keep or hold together.

As seen in this present dream, the wall is scaled, and a vision or vista of that to be gained from that attained is seen.

Yet, in the ecstasy of approaching the ideal, there is the cry and the fall by one who has been the companion, and that necessary for the entity to attain to these heights.

Then, the lesson as seen is as this:

As these changes now come again into the life, and there are presented the ways and the manners in which the furtherance of those ideals may be carried out, then beware that the thought, the intent, the purpose of the entity is not shadowed by success, fame, glory, or gold. [See 294-62, Par. R2.]

8. (Q) Tuesday, 2/2/26. "Dream regarding many individuals. You will recall this dream, give the interpretation and lesson to be learned from same." (A) In this it is seen, there are many individuals who are in various planes of association of mind, thought and body, respecting the individual entity. The mother, the sister, the wife, the friends, and in the various conditions seen; some going, some coming. Some in the way of wrath with each other, as to their positions held respecting the labors of the entity. And the trouble, the consternation that is caused by this condition brings much trouble in the vision to the entity.

The lesson, the interpretation, is again that which is seen presented in a different manner.

294-62 Page 4

There will, with the arising of the PHYSICAL successes, come those mental depressions through the conditions that are to appear regarding individuals. The leaving of the mother, [EC's mother died 10/26/26.], the change of conditions for the sister, the change of the mind of the wife, the attitude of others.

Then, being forewarned, be forarmed, keeping the faith in Him, the Giver of all good and perfect Gifts. For, as is seen in the work, the necessity of the flesh is weak, the spirit is often willing. Yet when the Father has need of thee, and the Master calls, be ever ready and willing to make that sacrifice, in mind, in body, necessary to gain the closer association of the One who is the Giver of all good and perfect gifts.

9. We are through.
