1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement and relief of same, and you will answer any questions regarding this that I may ask you.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before. There are many changes in the physical condition of the body at the present time from that as we have had here before. While there are many conditions that have not changed much, the specific condition to be met and dealt with at the present time is the acute condition of the acid state as exists in the upper intestinal tract, combined with the high blood pressure in the body, which produces, under the stress of the two conditions combined, as over-taxation to the whole nervous system, and to the digestive and assimilating forces of the body.

3. These had best be met by plenty of water to cleanse the system, taken internally - both drank and used as high enemas, to use the system in that way and manner as to rid the system of those conditions as bring about the acidity; taking no food values that carry an over excess, or that are hard to be digested. No tea. Little coffee. Not too much milk, and sufficient of those properties that digest easily. Fruits that are not over acid. Little or no meats. Plenty of the meat of the kind that is very, very, crisp may assist somewhat, but not over amount. Brown bread rather than biscuit or white bread. Any of these will bring the better conditions for the body.

4. For the condition through the blood supply, the pressure, this can be relieved by the relaxing of those conditions in the upper dorsal, where the strain is produced on the secondary cardiac plexus, by the relaxation through the osteopathic manipulation, or through both that and the application of the rays from any electric vibration that reduces pressure by relaxation and raises the vibration of the nerve system, see?

5. Rest from foods, then for the specific condition the

vibrations and the adjustments for the pressure, see? These would bring about normal conditions for the body.

6. (Q) Would Milk of Magnesia help the acid condition? (A) Milk of Magnesia would be very good. The Petrolagar would be even better - the non acid form, for this would carry both the Magnesia and the oil that will be as a healing property to the system.

7. (Q) Will the Violet Ray answer for the light treatment? (A) Violet Ray very good, after the relaxing through the osteopathic manipulations or adjustments. There are adjustments to be made, see?

8. (Q) How often should the adjustments and application be made? (A) Every other day until these are in normal condition.

9. (Q) What has caused the body to lose flesh? (A) Over taxation. Not an abnormal condition. Better were the conditions kept in an equal balance throughout - not to be too heavy.

10. (Q) Is it necessary for anything to be taken to arouse the liver secretion, or will the adjustments do that? (A) Plenty of water, internally and externally, and taken from within and injections to cleanse the system, makes the liver, with the adjustments, to throw off these secretions, which is better than over excitement to any of the gland conditions, with the high blood pressure. For with high blood pressure, to overtax pancreas and the spleen, with the liver condition, is to add only fuel to the already fire of pressure in the high blood pressure condition in any body.

11. (Q) Should the body rest from the psychic work for a while? (A) The spirit is willing, the flesh is weak. To increase the spiritual forces through the application of those assistances as are gained is beneficial, if done properly.

12. That is all the questions.

13. We are through for the present.
