Time of Reading 10:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Ck. Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find the general physical conditions are very good in many ways; yet there are those disturbing forces as have to do with the distribution of nerve energy and its radiation in system that cause distress in the body. These, added to that condition existent in the hepatic region where the adhesion has caused and does cause this regurgitation, as it were, when conditions are in action through this portion of system, bring about a higher pressure on the nerve system of this portion of body. Hence the debilitation and the inactivity of the body as is seen. See?
2. To meet the needs of these debilitations, and to bring about the more normal activity of system, we would keep much of that as has been given for the recuperation of the body:
3. The massage that would be osteopathically applied to the body to break up lesions and adhesions in the body here, and to cause from nerve centers - especially from the 6th dorsal to the lower lumbar and sacral - the proper distribution of nerve energy from these radiating centers, and to cause the proper coordination between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system.
4. Well that the baths [cabinet sweat baths] be taken in moderation, and at one time a few drops of iodine should be added to the water that steams or operates for the relief of poisons in capillary circulation. At other time, or opposite period, we would add that of witch hazel or of such nature - and well that the body, along the cerebro-spine, be THOROUGHLY rubbed with witch hazel after such baths.
5. Apply, too, the Radium Appliance across the solar plexus - would be well for stimulating blood supply and easing tension on the nerve system.
6. As for the digestion - with the applications and the treatments given as outlined here - we will find

ASSIMILATION will be bettered.
7. Well that stimulants be taken to stimulate the internal circulation. Any character that stimulates same is well for the body.
8. Do not over eat, nor do not under eat. One is as bad as the other.
9. Do that. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Would it be well for the body to rest for a time from taking readings and spend all his time in light exercise and strict attention to treatment of self? (A) Very good. Be moderate in all, better than any one direct condition.
11. (Q) How much and what should be the nature of exercise taken by the body for the best improvement? (A) Sufficient not to tire the body to overtaxation of nerve system. This should be guided more by one that would apply the manipulations osteopathically. For, as we find here, osteopathy is a boon to such conditions as exist in the human application of forces for the relief of nerve tension in any animation that arises from such conditions as exist here. See? This would apply in any element of the applications for the human family.
12. (Q) How often should the baths be taken? (A) Twice a week!
13. (Q) How often should the osteopathic treatments be given? (A) Every day. Every other day a gentle treatment. Every other day a deep treatment.
14. (Q) What specific stimulants should be taken? (A) Modify these according to the conditions. Use plain common sense.
15. (Q) Give kinds and specific foods which the body can take into the system without causing trouble? (A) Those that are easy of assimilation. These, as given, should be under the direction of those GIVING the manipulations, for by following the outline of conditions as exist when digestion takes place these are easily seen, when and what acts on those portions of system affected, see?
16. (Q) What purgatives are best for the body to use? (A) That which will meet the need of condition that arises!
17. (Q) How long should the body rest from taking readings at this time? (A) There has been given the outline as to when, how, these should be directed. Why not follow these?
18. (Q) Give a definite outline for a diet for this body? (A) Eat sensible and eat consistent - and use common horse sense!
19. (Q) Should any tonic be given the body, such as Beef,

Iron and Wine - or such? (A) This is very good. Any in the form of stimulants for digestive system, as is necessary to meet the needs of exigencies as arises from time to time. Use and apply when necessary. Leave off when not necessary for the body.
20. (Q) Any further advice for the welfare of this body? (A) Be consistent. We are through.
