Time of Reading 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Periodic suggestion for EC's betterment)
1. EC: Congestion exists in the larynx and the upper portion of the bronchi circulation. Increase circulation by suggestion. Then apply light that is penetrating to the mucous membrane activity to relieve congestion. Also give an eliminant that is more alkalin than acid in eliminating same through the alimentary canal.
2. (Q) What type of eliminant? (A) As would be found in Milk of Magnesia and Milk of Bismuth.
3. (Q) Where should the light be applied? (A) Over the thorax and over the 3rd and 4th cervical area.
4. (Q) For how long? (A) Until congestion is relieved. Depending upon the type of light used, and how penetrating it is. If it's ultra- violet, two and one-half minutes. If it's the sun ray light of high voltage, low amperage, five to ten minutes. If the sun light with the blue ray, three to six minutes.
5. (Q) [HLC gave the suggestion for increasing the circulation.] (A) That's very much better.
6. (Q) [11/17/33, 9:10 P.M., following 447-1, HLC again gave the suggestion for EC's health.] (A) We have given what should be done! It would be wise to do it. Take the alkalin eliminant!
7. (Q) [11/18/33 Following rdg. 445-2 HLC gave the suggestion.] (A) We would follow that given, until there is created sufficient of that bacilli in the body to override the cold and congestion.
8. (Q) Should other sun light treatments be given? (A) Rather the antiseptics that have been indicated, and the alkalinity in the intestinal tract, for the excesses would be eliminated through these channels. Unless sweats were used; and the conditions do not warrant that in the activities in the present.

10. (Q) What should be done for the body? (A) Remove congestion, temperature and cold, through channels that have been outlined.
