Time of Reading 3:40 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Ck. Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Edgar Cayce.

2. As we find, conditions have changed since last we had same here. The disturbance in the gall duct area, as last indicated, had drained.

3. There are conditions in the lacteal duct that form at times, that - due to those conditions lacking in the fluids from the activity of the liver, pancreas and spleen - fail to react with the gastric flow caused through the lymph and the blood supply in that area.

4. Thus an indigestion is formed that takes on the nature not only of gas-producing but a congealing of the refuse forces, owing to the lack of the activity; that forms knots or clots in the system, thus producing excruciating pain - unless broken in some manner as to act through the system.

5. Hence there have been the necessities for alleviating the immediate conditions by the use of laxative which tends to produce excess of gastric flow. However, this may not be kept so much as to destroy or to weaken the activity of the muscular forces through the area; but rather there should be such applications and the administration of those influences to aid in creating an equal balance for this portion of the system, in the activities of the system.

6. These, as we find, we would add in the immediate:

7. First - be precautious as to the diets. Use juices and the semi-liquids or pre-digested foods (not fats) and the foods of those natures that add a greater amount of bulk, as well as easily assimilated foods. Else, we will find the vital forces, the weight, will become so reduced as to use up the vitality and thus the energies of the system be destroyed in a way that it would become generally detrimental for the body - under the stress and strain of the nerve usages of the system, through the vary character of the physical activities of the body, with rather the sedentary activities and not too much of the physical, it would become an unbalanced condition for the whole of the

system.

8. We would, then:

9. Occasionally - once a week for a time, and then twice a month for another period of longer time - have a general stimulation for the gall duct and the area through this portion of the system, osteopathically administered.

10. We would also take internally at each meal the following; take these before leaving the table, you see:

11. Twice a day take a few drops - six to eight drops - Elixir of Lactated Pepsin in water.

12. Once a day take with same half a teaspoonful of the Milk of Bismuth - stirred with the Pepsin in water, see?

13. At least three times each week we would use the low electrical vibrations of the Wet Cell Appliance; carrying one time (whichever is begun first) the Gold and the next time Atomidine. Alternate these - first one, then the other - whether this is taken three times a week or six times a week; but as we find three times should be sufficient - thirty minutes at each application - one used one day, the other the next time, you see; and so on.

14. When using the Atomidine (commercial strength), attach the copper the copper plate first to that area between the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, THEN the nickel plate passing through the Solution to the umbilical plexus; that is, the umbilical and lacteal duct, or over the duct itself - about an inch and a half, or a little bit more, below the gall duct area, directly below. This is on the right side, about four fingers from the navel or umbilical center or plexus.

15. The next time, when using the Gold - attach the copper plate to the 9th dorsal, or between the 9th and the 8th dorsal. Then the nickel plate, passing through the Gold solution (one ounce to each ounce of distilled water), would be attached to the same lacteal duct and umbilical area as described for the Atomidine.

16. Do these and as we find we should find the building up and replenishing, and a better relief.

17. If there is the sedimentary condition which has existed, and still shows some irritation and indication of disturbance through the gall duct area, and the gall bladder becoming clogged - operate; as has been indicated.

18. Ready for questions.
