Time of Reading Arctic Crescent, 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. Va. Beach, Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. As we find, there are changes since last we had same, but not all are for the best, for there is a continued engorgement of the arterial circulation, especially through the trachea. Thus the pain, from the poisons through the shoulder and neck is as much from the expanded thrombose and trachea circulation as from the neuritic reaction. See, the heart is about one-third larger than it should be. This is causing the greater distress.

3. There is still some cold or congestion but no infection through the lungs.

4. We would add more of the oil in the eliminations. We would take regularly the Olive Oil in small doses and insist that this be done. While it may be necessary for other measures, for the eliminations, to rid the system of these poisons, do have this oil in the system. For it is a food, as well as a lubricant.

5. We would add, because of the irregularity in diet, a combination of the vitamins with the meals, see? These, we find, would be beneficial to the body.

6. Rest is what is needed most - but mental and physical rest.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What specific vitamins should be taken? (A) Those which have been indicated; A, B, C, D, E and G with iron and phosphate and the other combinations with same. We would find these very well combined in the B-1 complex, see? or the multiple vitamins as the One-A-Day brand.

9. (Q) What should be done for the arterial circulation in the thrombose area? (A) As has been indicated, rest is what is needed most,

with the osteopathic adjustments and keeping the eliminations, and preventing as much as possible the upsetting by poisons from the alimentary canal, see? Thus the oils as we would give, Olive Oil if practical, taken in small doses, say often through the day, then when it is necessary for the flushing these will have supplied food elements in the body. Do that.

10. (Q) Should the body give any readings at all now? (A) It isn't the readings - it's the worry!

11. (Q) What osteopath would be best to give this body the treatments? (A) Anyone in sympathy with the conditions.

12. (Q) Any specific directions for the osteopath? (A) Keeping the body quiet, removing the pressures in the cervicals, upper dorsals and especially in the lower lumbars.

13. (Q) Was there any injury from the jolt in the car while the body was away? (A) This has been corrected, but there is still the soreness from the period when there was irritation with poison pressure. We would keep up the massages - heat, wet heat and dry heat. Alternate these with massage or with the water with witchhazel and the Camphorated Oil, and Peanut Oil with Olive Oil; these we would change about. For each of these absorbed by the body has its direct effect upon the membranes along the structural portions of the body.

14. (Q) Should the same cough medicine as prescribed in the last reading be continued? (A) This hasn't been completed, but should be followed through.

15. (Q) What diet would be best for the body? (A) That easily assimilated. Nothing that carries vinegar or any properties which make for irritation in these directions should be taken. Vegetables, fruit, fish and fowl - these are preferable for the body.

16. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Do keep quiet!
