1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. In many respects we find the conditions GENERALLY on the improve. There needs be more WEIGHT added to the body, that there are the changes in the system by the added amount of resuscitating and of vitality that is stored. The body - through its mental attitudes and through its physical activity - OFTEN runs on nerve energy itself, this being irritated by pressures - as has been given - that exist in the pelvis region and pelvis organs. Those corrections in the lumbar and in the sacral region have NOT been fully made as yet. There should be sufficient rest periods after the corrections and adjustments are made, that these do not become naught by the immediate activity of the body. These followed, and keeping the tonic that has been given - that gives an enlivening to the whole of the system - will make for bettered conditions.
2. In the increasing of the weight, it would be well that there be more foods taken that are easily assimilated. Take THIS as diet:
3. Do not drink coffee in the morning meal. Rather those of egg, oatmeal, cereals or such - not so much of citrus fruits, but of the STEWED fruits - as prunes, figs, and those things that are an equal division in acid and alkalin, with milk ALL should be taken. Any of the cereal drinks, or Ovaltine - which is a combination - or cocoa may be taken.
4. The noon meals - make these principally of the green vegetables, but don't just have one or two - have at least six or eight in each meal, see? that is, the noon meal. This may be with dressing or with the oils, as a salad. Then follow same with MILK, see?
5. Of evenings - there may be taken Ovaltine or those of milk drinks. Then we may combine those of a LITTLE meat, provided same is of the character that makes for blood building - as tripe, pig knuckle, liver, blood pudding, and such - but no red meat, either beef, mutton or fowl.

6. In these changes, we will find that this will add to the body. Let the mental attitude also be: SEE those things being accomplished! Not so much of a pessimistic attitude! Ready for questions.
7. (Q) How often should the osteopathic treatments be given? (A) At least once each week, but rest at least an hour after adjustments. Adjustments should be made with a GENERAL treatment of at least thirty to forty minutes treatment.
8. (Q) Have the local applications [womb packings] been given properly? (A) Corrections have not been made, as has been outlined. These have not fully been made by the ADJUSTMENTS. The local applications [womb packings] are very good, but the ADJUSTMENTS - and the body moving on off, and doing something and thinking something else immediately, it undoes it all!
9. (Q) Should the packs [womb packings] be continued? (A) Occasionally. When necessary.
10. (Q) Would a permanent pack be beneficial? (A) No. Not a permanent pack.
11. (Q) Is there too great a strain on the eyes because of discontinuance of glasses? (A) Too great a strain. If those corrections were made properly in the cervical and dorsal region, then the body might be rid of glasses entirely - for they would correct all of those strains that have long existed, even in the eyes.
12. (Q) Is Dr. Crews the right one to give these treatments? (A) [Gena L. Crews, D.O.] She can give the treatments.
13. (Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) Do as these are outlined, then, for the physical forces and for the mental attitude. Be more optimistic, than so pessimistic. We are through with this reading. Two copies to self Copy to File
