This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 6th day of March, 1933, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [295], Active Member of the Ass''n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

P R E S E N T

R E A D I N G

Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here; this we have had before, [295].

2. As we find, the conditions physically are very good throughout the whole body, in comparison with that which has existed regarding the conditions.

3. For the congestion as indicated in the muco-membranes of throat and head, we would take in the present a good physic of whatever nature is the most active with the general conditions of the body.

4. As we find, one that would be well would be that of a whole bottle, or nine hundred drops, of Castoria, taken in very small doses. When this has been completed, then take an Alophen pellet with five grains of Aspirin and a good swig of Spirits Frumenti, to cleanse the whole system and create sufficient balance in the muco-membranes for a better activity in the lymph circulation.

5. This, as we find, would require one to two days, but begin at once first with the properties that will be assimilated by the system, acting upon all the organs that are showing distress under congestion.

6. Then keep an even balance with the general activities and the diet, for the better physical conditions.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What causes the condition [cracking] [arthritic-rheumatic effect] in the knees, and what should be done for it? (A) Create better eliminations, as we have given.

9. (Q) Any special exercise besides what the body is taking? (A) Should alter some of those! Take those more for the trunk portion and upper portion of the body, than the lower portion of the body.

10. (Q) Both morning and evening? (A) Both morning and evening. Circular motion to the trunk portion, or from the hips up, of morning. Of the arms and

the bending forward of evening, with the head and neck exercises. These, as we find, would be the better for the present.

11. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep in that way that makes for the better normalcy, and the better coordination in all the activities of the body.
