Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [295]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, the general physical conditions are much improved from that we have had here before. While indiscretions at times bring on disorders as related to those activities in the system that have been heretofore indicated for correction, these are only from indiscretions. And there should be more of a normal activity in those periods; and the care NOT to make for wet feet, cold in the head or hands at such periods.

3. There should be continued the exercises that make for the keeping of a normalcy in the upper and lower circulation.

4. Also there should be used the vibrations from the Radio-Active battery at least two or three times each week, to the extremities (opposite sides), in order to equalize the circulation. These vibrations used also at periods will make for a balancing of the flow and the activity of the organs of the pelvis.

5. We should make for body-BUILDING forces in the diet that tend to keep the blood supply in an alkalin state yet in a CONSTRUCTIVE and body-building.

6. The use of the vibrator, with the head and neck movements, we find would continue to STRENGTHEN the eyes. However, if the indiscretions are continued, and the lack of keeping the body-building, it will be necessary for the use of glasses. But if the body is built up nominally this should be delayed for some time yet.

7. Make for the proper condition in general, and we will keep a much nearer normal force for this body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Specifically, what is the condition of the lungs? (A) This, as indicated, shows those conditions where it is necessary to keep a blood-building system; and that the altitudes indicated by the body-activity in the present are

the better for the body.

10. (Q) Specifically, what is the condition of the blood? (A) Ten thousand low in the red blood cells. Two thousand eight hundred low in the white blood cells. The respiration in the present is below the normal, while the pressure is also below normal - it is reacting in a negative manner in the present.

11. (Q) What elements are lacking in the body, and how may they be supplied? (A) As indicated through the diet, the body-building elements. Iron, silicon, phosphorous are lacking. These may best be added in the manners through which they are the more easily assimilated; that is, through the diets.

12. (Q) Is it this lack of elements that causes the reactions in the knees and joints? (A) These are rather from the indiscretions in the manner of the activities, and in the very conditions which are the effect of acids in the system.

13. (Q) Has the tendency toward arthritis and rheumatics disappeared? (A) Not entirely. Hence the precaution as to keeping the circulatory system equalized as related to the whole impulse, and evenly distributed, through the low electrical vibrations of the battery, you see; as well as the necessary forces in the diet for nerve and blood building. Keep the eliminations open.

14. (Q) Have the pressures been removed in pelvic region? (A) These have been removed; needed only the activity of the vibrations indicated, with the proper exercises and precautions.

15. (Q) Should the body take Atomidine? (A) We haven't given it as yet! These properties are necessary forces, but under the present indications a sufficient amount of the iodine is being absorbed by the environs. Were the body under opposite environs, or where the elements in the atmosphere are different, it would be necessary that these be added in minute quantities. [At this time living in Va. Beach, Va.]

16. (Q) Should coffee be entirely eliminated for the better physical functioning of the body? (A) Coffee without cream is NOT harmful for the body, if taken in moderation.

17. (Q) Should the body put on more weight for its better health? (A) Put on more weight.

18. (Q) How much? (A) Ten to fifteen to twenty to twenty-five pounds?

19. (Q) May the body expect to ever recover the normal vision in the left eye?

295-10 Page 3

(A) As indicated, if there will be those exercises and the vibrations used these will bring the nearer normal conditions; with the discretion in the use of same, in the activities of same, and not indiscretions in using them in very dim light or in very poorly reflected light, or directly in the light with it shining against the eyes rather than upon that which is being read, studied or applied - for this is very harmful.

20. (Q) What caused this condition in the left eye? [Slightly crossed effect.] (A) A pressure from without.

21. (Q) Would an operation on the eye muscle straighten it? (A) It would ruin it! [GD's note: 7/35 We heard that she had the eye surgery anyway.]

22. (Q) Would the violet ray application strengthen the eyes? (A) We have given that which we find be the better strengthening; the lower form of vibrations for the body would be more effective than the direct in the present.

23. (Q) Should the body abstain from meats for its best spiritual development? (A) Meats of certain characters are necessary in the body-BUILDING forces in this system, and should not be wholly abstained from in the present. Spiritualize those influences, those activities, rather than abstaining. For, as He gave, that which cometh out - rather than which goeth in - defileth the spiritual body.

24. (Q) Explain the effect of changing the name to Mary. [See Life Rdg. 295-1.] (A) The change in the vibrations that makes for the activities as related to the developments of the body-MIND through its experiences in the earth; making same stand for the development through those experiences of the entity or soul itself. And as the emotions of the body in its activity in the material plane are raised by those things that make for the higher efficiency of activity, whether in abstinence or development or the abilities in any directions, these become constructive with that environ in which the greater growth or development was shown.

25. (Q) Please give any mental and spiritual counsel and guidance that may be of help in carrying on in this material plane. (A) Study in self to keep that inviolate in which the activities of the body in the material plane may bring for the body those influences, those promises in its activities in the earth; for - as He has given - those that keep in the way that brings the greater influence of the Christ-Consciousness may find the greater mental, spiritual and physical development.
