1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [301]. Many are the changes in the physical forces of the body from that as we last had here. Most, as we find, are for the developing physically and MENTALLY of the body. There are some precautions, as we would find, the body should take as respecting conditions in pelvis and pelvic organs, and not allow too much irritation to arise from pressures there as to cause the nervous system to become OVER IRRITATED through same. Hence we will find that with a series of three to four general manipulations (osteopathic), with special reference to the ORGANS of pelvis and local conditions where there were some injuries to the body, the discharges that have been irritating would disappear. This condition, as we find, arises not so much from the conditions existent at the time of delivery, as from too much STRAIN and worry, and on the FEET too much TOO soon! as to allow the ORGANS of pelvis to fall somewhat lower than normal. The general conditions OUTSIDE of these, as we find, are very good.

2. There needs be care in the general welfare of the body, that there is kept a normal balance in the replenishings of the system for the correct amount of blood supply - and a well BALANCED supply. This we will find by PROPER exercises - that is, other than the normal activities. Taking a few minutes morning and evening will add MUCH to the general WELFARE of the body.

3. Of evenings, just before retiring, two to five minutes exercise of the body - bending from waist down, and circular motion of waist, or body from waist up - tipping floor with hands in front of body, circular motion of head and neck, swinging motion of arms - then the rub down, and sleep.

4. Mornings, would be well - just before the bath - that those of the lower limbs be taken, swinging and circular motion of the limbs, stooping and bending of knees, and rising on toes then the brisk rub down. The rub down meaning along the spine, producing a sufficient irritation

to create a circulation through all the segments of the cerebrospinal system, ESPECIALLY across the lower portion of the back and hips. This will also PREVENT the body taking on too much weight.

5. In the matter of the diet, we would keep much in line with that that keeps an even balance. Beware of too much sweets, and do not eat too much condiments or vinegars, or acids - but an even balanced diet. Citrous fruits, cereals, cakes or the like in mornings. The noon meal may be wholly of a green vegetable salad. The silicon, and plenty of GLUTEN in these meals occasionally.

6. Keeping a well balance will keep an even keel for the body. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) What causes pain in rectum after stool? (A) As given, will there be [if there will be] from four to six adjustments, and local attention to those conditions in pelvis, we will find these will disappear; as will of evenings the bending forward, LIFTING the portion of the body, act as an alleviation of the PRESSURES that produce these conditions! but we would have the local attention also.

8. (Q) Were tears from giving birth properly stitched? (A) This has been given, see? This more of the AFTER effect than of not having proper attention AT the time! Worriment, and on feet too much.

9. (Q) Are ovaries normal now? (A) Nearly so. Unless there is irritation from the nerve PRESSURES, these should function and be near normal.

10. (Q) How long should body nurse baby? [Baby [299], now 3 mos. old.] (A) This may best be determined by the necessary activities of the body, as well as the development OF, and activities of, baby! for while BOTH should be careful OF the conditions that are produced by the nursing and the supplying of nourishment, this should not be a strain or a disadvantage to either body. These may be best determined by CIRCUMSTANCES to each, see?

11. (Q) What teeth need attention? Should body have removable or permanent bridge? (A) These conditions arise somewhat from those conditions existent where the calcium of the system was used in the building, and body-building, of child-carrying. We would not have PERMANENT bridge until there is a BETTERED condition in the teeth - see? These we would give LOCAL attention, and the care of same with the proper dieting to meet the needs; that is, be sure that all the foods for the body carry plenty of the calcium - see? or salts, and we

301-7 Page 3

will add sufficient that will ENABLE the body to have these prepared, or made in a way that would be better for the body; for the teeth are tending to chalkiness in the present - hence we would have local attention.

12. (Q) What is present condition of blood? (A) This is very good! We would keep plenty of nerve and blood building. Drink plenty of milk as long as the body nurses the baby, see? This supplies not only calcium for self, but will also supply a much better and much more even diet to be WITH the supplying for the body of the baby.
