Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [301]; this we have had before.
2. The general conditions, the development of those forces and activities in and with the body, are very good. While there are those conditions that nominally arise with such conditions, the developments - as we find - are very satisfactory. And without any mishap, other than the normal conditions, there should be the delivery in the proper or full time; and there should be those precautions taken that the disorders which come with the natural developments may be averted.
3. The diet should be that which tends to make for the proper activities of the eliminations, with plenty of nerve and blood building foods for the bodies; that there may not be too great an activity or stress upon the kidneys during these latter weeks, that there may not be too great a strain on the body of the mother itself.
4. For the physical betterment and for the general conditions, there should be some local work done on the teeth; that there may not be an absorption of poisons for self or for the body dependent upon the general physical welfare of the body. Not necessary that all this work which IS necessary be completed, but that there may be no absorption or any undue pain from those that need particular attention in the present. There is the natural tendency for these to crumble, from the amount of calcium and the like that has been required in the development of the structural portion of the fetus itself. And these need attention, then, in the present.
5. By the middle of the coming month there should be made those preparations for the expectancy period, which would come in the latter portion of the coming month or the first week of the next.
6. These precautions, then, should be taken for the body.
7. There will be the necessary precautions of those acting

in the capacity of the aid to the delivery of the child; that there is not too much pressure upon those portions of the body where there were those lacerations with the first delivery.
8. The treatments that may be helpful to the body in the present would be for the distribution of the general circulation from the lumbar area to the lower portions of the body, with sufficient in those areas where there is the expansion - and the glands; for those developments in all portions of the body are well.
9. Also there may be the relief of those tendencies for heaviness by the use of the support, or the abdominal supports that may aid in relieving the pressure in the activities of the body.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) When - giving month and date - should body go to Philadelphia for birth of child? [Phila. Osteopathic Hospital] (A) As we have indicated. Between the middle of the coming month and the first weeks of the next. This may be better indicated by the examination, and - as given - the fullness of time from conception. See, it was in October when the first movements were; hence in August conceptions were.
12. (Q) What should be done to prevent the recurrence of trouble in rectum after birth of child? (A) Those precautions, as that these portions where there were lacerations are taken care of when or after there is the birth, see? This is as we have indicated. There will not be those troubles at this period, of course, that have been experienced; but there should be the general precautions for the delivery, of all that is as necessary in and under such conditions.
13. (Q) Would it be beneficial for body to take any special exercises after birth? (A) This will depend, of course, upon the general conditions that are experienced at the time. With the proper precautions taken beforehand, little or no trouble should be experienced. The only precaution, not too soon activity of body on feet following same.
14. (Q) Any directions for osteopathic treatments in the present? (A) As indicated, not too great a relaxation but a relieving of the pressure from the lumbar and sacral regions to the lower portion of the body, to keep the blood distributed or the circulation distributed properly in portions of body. Also those expansions or relaxations in the glands, for the development of food or conditions for the body - see?

15. (Q) Please outline diet for body after baby is born. (A) That which carries sufficient, as indicated (or much as it should be in the present, from this period on), of the general nourishment for the blood and nerve building forces of the body. Not meats, but sufficient proteins - of course - to keep the strength and vitality of the whole general system.
16. (Q) Give detailed directions for care of the hair. (A) As indicated from the general developments and the activities of the glands that produce those conditions in the system, these have been called upon, but the use of the crude oil - cleansed with the 20% alcohol solution (or 1 to 20% solution alcohol), with a little white vaseline rubbed into the scalp following same, makes for the best general activities of the hair and the care of same.
17. (Q) What is best way of removing freckles? (A) A combination of wheat bran made with any good cleansing cream or soap will remove freckles; that is, of a general nature. Freckles are generally produced, of course, from pigments in the skin or from the activity of the elements upon the body itself; but the general application would be wheat bran with any good soap, and a general tonic for the body itself. Where they are NATURAL, it is not well to remove them too soon. Where they are produced from exterior influences, then the corrections - or any whitener that is not harmful to the texture, will aid - but these are the general. This is made - the wheat bran (whole wheat bran) - with warm water, that makes sort of a mush, see? After the use of same, cleanse with any good soap.
18. (Q) Please give aura of body. (A) The developments and influences that make for the mental and the spiritual in the body are those of blue to those of purple; and those of blue, certain shades of red and white, with purple, are the colors which will tone more with the influences of the body. Black or deep reds, or too much green, are not complimentary to the better influences in the activities of vibrations for the body.
19. (Q) If no trouble arises, and conditions are normal, what will be the date of the child's birth? (A) It will fulfillthe length or complete period of time, and - as we have given - during those periods indicated.
20. (Q) Any further advice for the body? (A) Keep the body as near physically fit as possible. Keep happy. Keep glad. This makes for better conditions for self and for body dependent upon self.
21. We are through for the present.
