Time of Reading ... Street, 8:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you, at ... St., N.Y. City, [302]. You will tender her advice of a spiritual, mental and practical nature regarding any or all conditions in and surrounding her life with special and specific reference to her relationship, present and future, to [S.A.] (who will be with her at ... St., N.Y. City). Will you therefore answer questions she is asking regarding this matter.

2. EC: Yes - something lacking here - [302]. Something lacking here in this relation - something lacking here in this relation.

3. In the life and its experiences there may be much said as respecting the manner the body physically, mentally or spiritually, may develop through its experience in the earth's plane. In particular reference to this relation here, we find SOMETHING is lacking. Find that something first.

4. As to the development for the entity in the mental and spiritual manner, the will must be applied in that direction as has been given. Be sure that the ensample and the desire is in the right direction. Be sure that as the body physically, mentally, morally, spiritually desires to attain to is proper, and that the incentive is that which will manifest before self and all mankind the glory of Him that gave Himself a ransom for many. For in Him is the light, and - as has been given by Him "Love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, thine soul, and thy neighbor as thyself." Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Is his forthcoming trip abroad for his good and upon his return will we be as close to each other as we are now? Also is it as he says a compulsory trip? (A) Something lacking here. The trip may be the making or the undoing of the body. That rests with the will of the body, and the circumstances through which the body, the mental forces of the body will pass, may change or alter that PRESENT attitude. There is something amiss here.

6. (Q) Am I protected and taken care of in the future as he

has led me to believe, in a financial manner? (A) In some respects, yes. Not wholly. There is something amiss here.

7. (Q) Will he marry me or will we just always be as we now are good friends? (A) Something amiss here. The conditions that surround each are such that it is best that the marriage was NOT.

8. (Q) Shall I continue or discontinue the friendship which I hold so dearly? (A) Continue - for never there a one that has so many, or even a kind, class, nature, or condition wherein ANYONE may lose a friend - for a friend sticketh closer than a brother, and in friendship there may be much attained, gained, meted, measured, and the entity would do well to retain the friendship of the other. The other of the other.

9. (Q) I am deeply in love with this man does he love me and care for me as I do him, or is his true heart elsewhere? (A) There is something amiss here. In love, this would depend upon the qualifications of that meant by love, for there is much amiss with each here. [See 302-5 & 302-10, Par. 19-A.]

10. (Q) If he does not marry me will he ever marry? and if so, does he at the present time know the party whom he will wed and about when will the wedding take place? (A) We have no such.

11. (Q) Is there any way in which I can hold this man and keep him always with me? (A) That one merits one may attain. Act in that way that self merits that which is desired. Be sure that desired is in keeping with that to which the body mentally, morally, physically or spiritually desires to attain to - for much may be gained and much may be lost through the experiences in this present plane.

12. We are through.
