1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [303]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in the present there are acute conditions as from cold, congestion, and weakness from the inability of the body to assimilate properly; and the effects that these poisons have had and do have on the system.

4. The body SHOULD rest more.

5. In making applications for the body in the present, we would make this as an aid for the cold and for assistance in expectoration; this is to be taken about three to four times a day, or at night when there is the tendency for spasms of coughing.

6. Dissolve 1 ounce of Rock Candy, as a syrup, in a pint of good Rye Whiskey. Then add, in the order named: Syrup of Horehound..................1/2 ounce, Glycerine............................10 drops, Elixir of Lactated Pepsin............10 drops. Shake these together before the dose is taken.

7. We would take Grove's Chill Tonic in the present as a tonic for the body; a teaspoonful of morning before the meal, and of evening just before retiring.

8. Also take Bromo-Laxative Quinine tablets as an assistant for the eliminations.

9. Each evening when ready to retire, massage the body with an equal combination of Mutton Tallow, Turpentine and Camphor; especially across the throat, chest, and across the diaphragm area - back and front.

10. Then the diet:

11. Keep away from any dried beans, any pod vegetables. Rather such as okra, corn, green beans, lettuce, celery, egg plant, cauliflower or the like may be taken.

12. Fish, fowl or lamb should be used as the meats.

13. No fried foods.

14. Not too much of pastries of ANY kind. Pies, however, may be taken better than cake or the like.

15. Do these for the body in the present.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) What is the condition of my lungs? (A) One of irritation.

18. (Q) What is the cause and relief for the terrible weak, nauseated and dizzy feelings that come over me at times? (A) The activities of the inflammation in blood stream, and the weakness of the body - or malarial condition. Do these things as indicated, if we would make for bettered conditions.

19. (Q) What is the cause and relief of the cold sweats? (A) The poor circulation and the relief is to be had from the properties taken internally, as well as the rubs.

20. (Q) Are my glasses well fitted for me at this time or should I have them changed? (A) These are very good, as we find in the present.

21. (Q) Any other advice for this body? (A) Do these things, and keep the mental attitude right. Know that there will be plenty of work when the body is not here. Take some time to rest and to make for recuperative forces for the body.
