1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [303].

3. As we find, while there are improvements from that as we last had here, there is much to be desired for the greater improvements.

4. There needs be rest as much as practical. This overtaxation naturally keeps all of the body-forces at very high tension, owing to the fact that the body goes on its nerves.

5. The energies used in activities of locomotion, as well as reflexes in the mental forces, draw on the central nervous system - or the functioning of the organs of the body; thus, with the general tendency of poor eliminations, keeping the digestive system constantly upset.

6. While there has been a great deal of relaxation, it would be well that the body not take too much of solid foods. If the body is planning on work or activities, it is necessary that some body-functionings be supplied with assimilated energies; and necessary that some more vital forces be given.

7. However, do not take too much of the vitamins without there being good assimilation.

8. As solids, we would take a little very crisp breakfast bacon, a little Irish potato cooked and mashed or the like, - this with a good deal of butter on same, and seasoned well; a little fowl or soups; very little of vegetables. Beans or lentils, but not cabbage, unless it is red cabbage. Such things may be taken in very moderate ways.

9. A little liver nicely broiled - such as this would be very well in moderations.

10. We would take regularly - until there is at least

better application - the fresh grape juice once or twice a day.

11. Take a little egg with milk and whiskey in same, or these best together with nutmeg or the like as an appetizer, and as a better activity through the body.

12. The Eno Salts we would take regularly for periods of five to six days, and leave off a day or two, but not too long, and then take again. Keep this regularly until we get better activities.

13. We would have an oil rub of evening, after the body has taken a good warm bath, in which it has rested well, with these combinations in the present:

14. To 4 ounces of Nujol as the base, add in the order named: Oil of Pine Needles..........1 ounce, Oil of Pine................1/2 ounce, Oil of Sassafras...........1/4 ounce, Peanut Oil...................2 ounces.

15. These will separate, but shake together. These are the better in the present. This would be massaged, of course, over the spine downward, and over the limbs and across the sacral. Do this daily for at least ten to fifteen days, and then it may be left off for a day or two and then started again.

16. With these precautions, the body should keep better conditions.

17. The oil enemas may be taken occasionally, but give these itself; not necessarily high colonics in the immediate. These may be necessary a little later.

18. Do not take too much of the sweats, but remain in a good, warm bath for at least twenty to thirty minutes each evening, and then have the rubdown.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) Should I begin to take Acigest? (A) Acigest would be very well, but we would also take Calcios during the same period, see?

21. (Q) Should any vitamins be taken at all? (A) Not too large a quantity if any at all. The One A Day A and D would be very well, or leave off the A & D and take the B-Complex One A Day tablet.

22. (Q) What is cause and relief for cold sweats? (A) The poor circulation, and this needs the stimulation to the superficial as well as the deeper circulation - in the manner indicated.

23. (Q) Is it indicated that I will be strong enough to return to work on Monday - two days off? (A) If the body is going to, it's going to!

Do these things as indicated, as we find, for the better influences in the present.
