1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [303].

3. While we find there are many things to be desired regarding the physical forces of the body, in the present these are much better tendencies than we have had for some time.

4. We would keep practically all of the regular routine that is being kept by the body in the present, in respect to applications, the diet, the aid to the eliminations and the like. For these in the present are making responses, and the body is responding to same better than there has been the response for some time.

5. Occasionally, there needs to be a gentle massage - a thorough massage, rather than an osteopathic treatment; no corrections, but a relaxing of the body. Not with the dry heat, but a gentle massage following the wet packs that would be put on the spine where there is stiffness and soreness - these very warm. These will be preferable to the dry heat that would upset other portions of the circulation.

6. Keep the eliminations good. Do not take the colonics as yet.

7. These as we find in the present manner, of the diet and attitude being kept well, should be the better conditions for the body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Should I continue baths as previously suggested? (A) As just indicated, keep just about the regular routine that is being held in the present.

10. (Q) Is there a stoppage in either the colon or small intestines? (A) As indicated, there is a tendency for a stoppage in the entrance from the jejunum, but if there is kept those relaxing forces that have been and are being taken regularly, these should gradually produce bettered conditions.

11. (Q) What is the condition of liver and kidneys? (A) As just indicated, there is a better condition with these than there has been for some time. While much may be desired, and is to be desired - but be consistent, be persistent, and keep those regular routines in the present. These will bring the better forces for the body. To be sure, the upsetting of the digestive system - by improper eating, or attempting to eat when in a state of mind that ties up the gastric flow - will upset the liver and kidneys, and cause the contraction in those portions of the body. Don't eat when mad. Don't eat when ready to bawl somebody out, or have bawled somebody out, or been bawled out! This only brings contractions, and adds to those disturbances in both liver and kidneys. Be consistent.

12. (Q) What is the cause and relief for the sleepy feeling and yet unable to go to sleep? (A) Toxic forces. Thus the needs for keeping those conditions as just indicated. Do that.
