Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [303], present in this room, together with her present physical condition, with suggestions for further improvement: her present work and employment, her balance there, means of a better understanding between her employer and herself; her family, and how she may better aid each one of them; particularly her daughter [263], her son [361], and her sister [307] - as to whether it will be best for all concerned for the sister to teach school or work at home. You will examine each of these and give her definite and specific information; answering the questions she submits, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [303].

3. In considering all of the conditions and environs, the home, the advice and counsel of the entity to those in the home, especially to the daughter [263] and sister [307], and son [361]:

4. While it is true that each shall think of others as of self, most of these individuals should be considered from their individual viewpoint rather than from this body.

5. For, while the body worries, and this in itself aggravates a general depleted body - as the body understands, then, there should be less and less of the worrying about what others do.

6. Do yourself, but don't try to control or direct others in THEIR activity. It is true that one should be anxious, but not so anxious unto the undoing of self.

7. As to the physical conditions in this body - we find they are better than we have had here before. That doesn't indicate that all those congestions that were shown in the lung have been eliminated, but there are no active forces there. The circulation is much improved.

8. It would be well for the body to use the Fumes of Brandy; or the Fumes of an inhalant that might keep a better condition in the lung forces, in the throat and bronchi. We would prepare this inhalant for the body:

303-41 Page 2

9. To 4 ounces of Grain Alcohol, add - in the order named: Oil of Eucalyptus................20 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp.............5 Minims, Compound Tincture of Benzoin.....15 minims, Tolu in Solution.................20 minims.

10. Shake this together and inhale into the throat and lungs several times a day, if practical; if not, at least morning and evening. Do this a couple of times in the morning when first arising and before leaving the house, and do it the first thing when returning and before retiring at night. It will not only be a clearing and purifying agent but will enable the body to expectorate those refuse forces that should be eliminated from throat and bronchi, and even lungs.

11. We find the S.S.S. has been rather severe at times, but if this is taken in about half the quantity that has been taken, and taken regularly, it will aid in stimulating better digestion, and should aid in the body's being able to better assimilate foods.

12. These we would do, then.

13. Take the vibratory treatments every day. These should be taken when the body is ready to rest - the electrically driven vibrator. Do not give this as something just to be hurried through with, but if it is applied along the back of head and neck, then along the spine and over the shoulders and the hips, this will rest the body and enable it to rest a great deal better.

14. We would continue with the B-1 complex vitamins, one each day. Also we find that the vitamin combination that includes the vitamins and the minerals would be very well now to add to the body forces.

15. But all of these will depend a great deal upon the general physical-mental attitude. There is little use in the body's taking such properties if the mind is aggravated by the attitudes or activities of others in the household. Then, refrain from taking medicines of any character when the body is upset. Do not eat foods, for they disagree with you, and cause the gastric juices of the stomach to upset the body - when food is taken under those conditions.

16. As to the place of employment - if there is the sincere desire to remove from present environs, this may be done. BUT - as we find - these are opportunities here, if considered as such by the body. The body understands the weaknesses, the disposition. But if it allows those things said from time to time to cause the mental self to be

303-41 Page 3

aggravated, then change. But why change and then in the matter of self continue to condemn self for the great changes that will be brought about in the experience of the body?

17. Any of the activities that are of governmental aid will pay even more than is in the body's own present environs, but the opportunities for spiritual and mental development are better in the present environment - and these can be brought to a balance.

18. If the attitude is taken that there is not to be the raking up of differences nor the finding of fault in self, nor of pitching all of the faultfinding on others, there may be brought a balance. Rather do that which in the own heart and mind is in keeping with that He has given, "Inasmuch as ye treat they fellow man ye are treating thy God."

19. As to aiding those in the home:

20. With the son [361], we find that this is practically out of the hands of the body at the present time, and is working very satisfactorily at the time. So, DISMISS this activity from the body. Not that there is not to be thought taken, nor that there is not to be the anxiety at times, but do not let such anxiety so aggravate the body-mind itself as to CAUSE self to condemn someone else because they haven't done this, that or the other!

21. If each soul does that which is in keeping with its own interpretation of God's plan, it does well. Few, of course, do that, but self CAN - if it but will!

22. As to the daughter, [263] - do not aggravate, neither become imposed upon. Set each to his or her individual task, and let that be done. Do not rail or find fault if its not done - but DON'T TRY TO DO IT! then upset yourself and cause someone else to be angry about it! But smile it off, and it will be much better physically for self as well as better for those whom ye would help. For, ye are dependent one upon the other, it is true; yet ye each must do your own part. Say your say once, but don't keep repeating it. For it becomes nil and returns to self, aggravating self at such times.

23. The sister [307] - as indicated, it would be better for those activities in the school. But if there is the agreement among ALL that it would be better for the work in the home, then choose. But do not continue one pulling one direction and the other in another!

24. Ready for questions.

25. (Q) What is cause and relief for pain in left side and hip? (A) Lack of proper eliminations from poisons that arise from the improper distribution of assimilated values in the

303-41 Page 4

body, or neuritic in its nature. These come and go. And when there are such, take some character of eliminant. But quit WORRYING about self and others, and all of these will be the better.

26. (Q) Aching in lower part of back? (A) It is of the same origin and character. As indicated, use the electrically driven vibrator daily among such areas; this will relax the body and aid in the general eliminations.

27. (Q) Are kidneys affected? (A) In functioning, in a manner, but these will gradually change. For the kidneys - as the eyes, the voice, or all of the organs of the sensory system - are the more speedily affected by the emotions of the body.

28. (Q) How can I gain in weight? (A) The body will never be very fat! Keep a better balance in the body and you'll keep nearer to the normal weight. This does not mean merely a physical balance, it means the mental and spiritual, and especially in the attitude of the body towards everything. Learn this in self: Change that which is not in keeping with thy ideal of the proper relationships with others and with thy Maker, and that ye cannot change learn to live with, without railing on same.

29. (Q) Is there improvement in supply of eliminating fluids? (A) When there is the balance there is improvement. When there isn't the balance, there is not improvement.

30. (Q) Is there a possibility of my son [361] coming home on a furlough; if so, when? (A) Between now and November. [See 303-41, Par. R2.]

31. (Q) Please give any spiritual advice that will help me - to carry on. (A) Keep in that attitude of ever being mindful. Put self, daily, into this attitude, MEANING it; not saying it only: LORD, USE ME IN THE WAY AND MANNER I CAN SERVE THEE BEST.
