1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with suggestions for corrective measures, answering the questions as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As indicated, there needs to be a greater amount of rest and recuperation taken by this body. Unless there is the keeping also of better eliminations, or consistent eliminations, we will find there will continue to be a great quantity of poisons in the body.
4. Use Glyco-Thymoline Packs over the area of the abdomen, where there has been the pain recently from accumulations and the form of conditions in the alimentary canal that made for cloggings there; causing gas, causing a great deal of belching, and a general condition of pain.
5. At least three days each week we would take a heaping teaspoonful of Sal Hepatica. Of course, this will be a drain for a time.
6. But supply, besides the diet, the vital energies through taking each day a heaping teaspoonful of Kaldak. This will add iron and phosphorous and the other vitamins necessary for the body, provided sufficient soups or vegetable soups, raw vegetables in salads and cooked vegetables are taken. Do not take any quantity of foods having citric acid. Especially refrain from the use of acetic acid.
7. Massage gently the abdomen, and do apply the Glyco-Thymoline Packs rather thick, three and four thicknesses; then apply dry heat, and these should bring help for this body.
8. We would take the Kaldak in place of the other stimuli, or at least in place of the S.S.S. as a tonic - for this has now worked to that point where, with the excess activities, it is not so good for the body. Change to the Kaldak.
9. Keep plenty of food values, but beware of such things as turnips, butter beans and corn. These taken when there is the least anxiety, or anger, will be like eating so many

10. These do, and we should find better conditions.
11. Keep the oil massages on the back, using this combination of oils: Peanut Oil................2 ounces, Olive Oil.................2 ounces, Lanolin (Liquefied).......1 teaspoonful.
12. Do that.
