Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. The general conditions, as we find, are not so good in the present. While, the poisons that have accumulated in the system from cold (gained from overheating and causing muscular contraction) and the circulation with the ladened effect of accumulations gather in the muscular forces of the lumbar area, particularly in the left portion of same.

2. If the eliminations will be increased (not to cause a great deal of purging, nor an upsetting of the stomach proper nor of the kidneys, but) sufficient, this will aid in making better conditions for the body.

3. We would use, then, a continuation for two days of one pellet each evening of that which has been taken as an eliminant; Alophen.

4. We would change somewhat in the rubs. With the vibrations, we would add camphor and turpentine with mutton tallow, on a very hot cloth, or apply the pad on same to keep same warm, see, when ready for retiring of evening. This should aid in bringing the better conditions for the body.

5. Be mindful in the general activities that the body is being used in its strength and vitality, yet there must be sufficient activity for that taken as food values to be used as the energies are created; else there comes much the same manner of clogging the system as steam valves that are water clogged, see? For, energies as created by the foods taken must be used up, or become drosses or cinders in the active forces of the body.

6. We would continue with those properties that have been given in food values, in not too great quantities. We would not use so much of the oils, but sufficient to keep the food values for the intestinal system. This is like building for the body new flues, that have been well worn. Hence the activities of digestion throughout are considerably altered,

but do not let these become the means of producing an overburden and disintegrations of the whole system.

7. Ready for questions.

8. We are through for the present.
