Time of Reading 4:25 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, [304].

2. As we find, there is still much to be desired by the body for the greater improvements, for the equalizing of the circulation, for the activities of the assimilating and eliminating system, and for the building up of the strength and vitality of the body.

3. As we would find, it would be most helpful to use this as a gentle massage AFTER the applications of the dry Epsom Salts Packs upon the limbs; that is, as dry as may be made by wringing out of the saturated solution of Epsom Salts. Afterwards gently massage, but TOWARD the body, with this compound:

4. To 2 ounces of Russian White Oil as the base, add - in the order named: Witchhazel.......................1 ounce, Olive Oil........................1 ounce, Cedar Wood Oil...................1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root..........1/4 ounce. These tend to separate, but shake together before they are to be massaged, and just what the body absorbs. This will stimulate the circulation to react through the system itself.

5. And well that occasionally - even though there be the evacuations - there be had a saline enema, owing to the inactivity of the body; to alleviate the system of the poisons that are thrown into the alimentary canal by this increased circulation as would be brought about by the use of these properties.

6. We would find that in the food values the beef juice (not broth but beef juice), sipped occasionally - every hour or so as medicine, not as food - will not only satisfy, not only build up, but will give strength and vitality to the

body. This we would add.

7. Not too much of solid foods, but sufficient to satisfy the appetites.

8. Do this as we find in the present.

9. Ready for questions.
