1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records of that entity now known as or called [305] - "Sonny". Rather be nicknamed Bart, or should be!
3. In giving the interpretations of the records here, we will find a most interesting record; one that would indicate some weaknesses and many virtues or strengths.
4. Thus it will require that real precaution be taken regarding the health, as well as the impressions and the training, through these formative years.
5. These interpretations, then, are chosen with the desire that they be not only a helpful experience for the entity in its preparation, but as an aid to those who may have a great deal of influence upon those urges that are latent and manifested in this entity.
6. While these are rather given as a composite picture of latent and manifested characteristics, these should be taken into consideration by those about the entity:
7. One whose inclinations will be towards having trouble with throat or lungs. Thus precautions should be taken as to colds, as to getting the feet wet or remaining in damp clothing or the like; else these influences might bring about detrimental forces.
8. One that will be naturally a collector of oddities. And this AS a hobby should be encouraged in this body; things old as well as new; things strange as well as things common;
305-3 Page 2
but with sentiment as well as having to do with unusual circumstances or things. This may eventually become a part of the entity's activity, even, through this experience.
9. While apparently slow oft in gaining the fundamentals as towards things supposed to be of the educational nature, we find that the entity - it will be found - will be constantly a source of information, or as an encyclopaedia for unusual characters of knowledge respecting things, places, conditions, names and associations of things. All of these are latent and manifested. These, too, should be encouraged in the activity and in the experience of the entity.
10. In the astrological aspects we find Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Neptune as the ruling forces. Hence the natures as indicated, the seeking for knowledge. Things pertaining to law, or contracts, or of such natures, should be those channels for an outlet of the greater abilities.
11. For, if trained in those directions, the entity will become quite an orator - given the opportunity, and this stressed or kept in the forefront of the entity's activity.
12. In Venus we find the unusualness of the judgment as to what is called beautiful. For, to the entity those things that to others might be obnoxious might be attractive, or the entity would have a "feeling" for same; for some characteristic or movement as might be peculiar to peculiar things or activities in the experience.
13. We find that in the latter portion of the entity's sojourn - if there is the completion or full development of the body's period of activity through this experience, and if there is given the opportunity - the activities of the entity will prove to be of a helpful experience to the many who may come in contact with the entity.
14. There will be periods when the entity will be called quite stingy by others, not only with the material means but as to activity; for the entity will oft be termed lazy or indifferent. These are not true characteristics of the entity, however, but rather the entity analyzing the needs for such conditions in the experience.
15. While there should not be the encouraging of the entity to become too free with the material things, as to become a spendthrift, there are the needs to stress the fact that all such things are to be active if there would be the consistent results from same. Studies as to the spiritual life should be kept stressed, and especially the needs of same as an ideal - and this based upon spirituality rather than the mystical forces.
16. Though there are the influences of Neptune as to the mystic activities, we find that these rather will bring
305-3 Page 3
water - and accidents as related to same, unless there are the precautions respecting same.
17. The entity's urge towards mysterious things may be expressed in the collecting of the unusual pieces that to entity may have the power of acting as a guard, or as good luck charms or such in the experience.
18. These are not to be tabu, but rather spiritualize than visualize the material things in respect to same.
19. As to the appearances of the entity in the earth - not all may be indicated here, yet these may be given that have the greater influence in this developing period. When the entity is fifteen to sixteen years of age, further advice or counsel in these directions through these channels might be helpful in bringing about the correct choices as to manners for the greater preparations, in the studies for an individual life work. Yet in the formative years, these activities as indicated should be stressed; not driving the entity, but - as with most individuals - compliment the entity if you would gain the confidence. Do not DRIVE to this, that or the other; and let it not be done by argumentation, for he would argue with his own self at times - as he does! but rather reason with the entity from a PURPOSEFUL standpoint to accomplish this, that or the other respecting that to be attained, mentally, physically or spiritually.
20. There are laws that govern all such - and as the body is inclined to those things, let him know the laws! But do not MIS-STATE anything to the entity, for he will certainly remind you of such - and PROVE it by your having to meet your own statements!
21. Before this, then, the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those activities of the early settlings in the land now south or west from Selma.
22. Then in the name Barton Sawswythe, the entity was active as a clerk of the court. Though most of those records have been destroyed, there were such activities by the entity until engaging in the settlements and activities for the defense of those ideas and ideals to the entity. [American Revolution?]
23. Through that sojourn the entity gained in the mental self, and yet because of the early demise there has been cause that influence oft indicated as to the slowness of mental reactions. While these should be cultivated (the mental reactions), we find there need never be held any fear that he will not accomplish things! For, a good business activity will be a part of the entity's experience. Just let him refrain from having things so oft divided as not to
305-3 Page 4
be centralized upon any one given direction.
24. Before that the entity was in the English land during that period of expansion which had been made by the Spanish land.
25. Thus we will find that, should it choose, the entity could easily learn Spanish. For, the entity was one who attempted to make for diplomatic relations with the Spanish peoples, from the early English speaking activity. Thus the entity learned and spoke Spanish almost as well as the natives.
26. Hence there will be an attraction to such, and those that are of such kindred origins, in the present experience of the entity. Thus, as the periods of change come about - that are being wrought in the activities, and that will be in the years to come, as to the various changes in diplomatic relations - it will be well that those be a part of the entity's study; not so much the training through special activity in same, but the needs for the association and that to be brought into the experience of the entity. The entity should have a knowledge of same, especially in relations to the countries south of the entity's present abode - or in South America.
27. The name then was Cortwenth. The entity gained, the entity lost. The entity gained so long as an even keel was kept, but when there were the feelings of personal judgments against others because of activities these brought anger that made for periods of detrimental forces in the experience.
28. Thus we find the entity one that is unusual in such periods; becoming morose or holding grudges, and eventually taking toll of those the entity feels have individually or personally wronged the entity. These tendencies should be cultivated more into brotherly love, patience, kindness and purposefulness in such; not as a "getting even," but know that the way to conquer is to do that which is right or just SO WELL as to make others ashamed of themselves.
29. Before that the entity was in the Arabian and Persian land, during those periods of activity in which there was the establishing of the "city in the hills and the plains."
30. The entity became as a judge, or as a counselor between the peoples of that particular city or land and those who had judgements or dealings both of a commercial and of a social nature with the peoples who passed through the land.
31. Thus the entity was much of a linguist at the time, as well as one who interpreted the judgments and laws passed so that they might be understood by those of different lands.
32. Hence the entity was closely associated with the leader
305-3 Page 5
Uhjltd, as well as the leaders of the other groups from other cities and lands.
33. The abilities in the present respecting business associations or commercial activities will arise from those things, and those that will have to do with many a different nature or character. And the entity will oft have the tendency to become a trader or barterer in all sorts and characters of things as would deal with peoples of various lands. This will be an outlet for the entity.
34. Then the name was Extezeor.
35. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods of the Priest's exile from that land. The entity was among those brought up under those turmoils of that particular period, or in its earlier years; but with the changes wrought in the land after the return of the Priest and the reconstruction began, the entity became one of those upon whom there was the reliance for the carvings of stone and metals. And such things became a part of the entity's experience. Hence the entity was a decorator through that experience.
36. Hence in the present we will find periods when such will have an influence upon the activities of the entity.
37. The name then was Tauen.
38. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:
39. Much will depend upon the training, as well as the health of the entity.
40. Guard well the health, then.
41. And in the judgments and the trainings, let these be in those lines pertaining to that of speaking, that of elocution, and that of LAW with its kindred associations, rather than pertaining to mechanical things. However, as indicated, the hobbies should be encouraged - rather than discouraged - in those peculiar things; whether it be in stones, stamps, unusual pieces of wood, or even skins or associations of animals or insects or the like; for all of these will have a part in the expanding and developing mind of the entity.
42. But, in the daily or weekly training, keep before the entity the necessity of the spiritual aspects in its experience. For, the material things should be an outgrowth of a spiritually-minded and spiritually trained individual.
43. Let him study, then, to show himself approved unto the IDEAL; one not ashamed but keeping the faith.
44. Ready for questions.
45. (Q) Why is it almost impossible to get his clothes on in the morning and off at bedtime? Is this laziness or an
305-3 Page 6
inherited trait? (A) A natural consequence of the entity or body attempting to visualize its purpose and what it is to do. This is rather a natural characteristic of the individual entity. Do not scold, but reason with the entity. He is oft found to be ready and willing enough if there is a constructive thing for him to do WHEN he is dressed, or WHEN he is to prepare for something after retiring or when waking from retirement.
46. (Q) Why does he get so mixed up with his school work? (A) As just indicated, slow - but the wisdom and the abilities are there. DO NOT grow impatient. Be patient and longsuffering, if ye would have him be patient with thee.
