Time of Reading 3:00 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [306]; this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, there are a great many changes in the physical forces of the body from that as we had here before. Most - or all - of these are for, and toward, a betterment of the general physical health of the body.
3. As we find, there is less change in the activity of the forces in the blood supply; or those pressures in the same show a more normalcy and less erratic change.
4. The general nervous system shows improvement. To be sure, as yet the reactions recur at times; making the tendencies for the headaches, the digestive disturbances, and those feelings of a numbness in portions of the system - especially in extremities. But these in many ways show a great deal of improvement.
5. And there needs be chiefly that those of the vibratory forces be given, that will cause - or bring about - the absorption of the pressure, or the condition in the cerebrospinal system which caused the lesion there to become more and more relaxed; that the normalcy of the circulation, the normalcy of the distribution of the digested or assimilated forces, will be the natural result throughout the system.
6. We would continue also with the vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance, which will make for the abilities to rest more easily - when this is applied more systematically. There has been too often the imperfect contact when this is applied. There should be the polishing more of the anodes, before the application is made to the wrist and the ankle.
7. There should be the continuing of the electrical vibrations over the whole cerebrospinal system, especially now in the brachial area and in the lumbar and sacral area - as well as in those areas where the indications have been that the lesions exist. This treatment will also relax and
306-2 Page 2
rest the body.
8. As we find, there should be some change in the diet - and in the activities of the gastric flow of the system, which will be materially aided by the use of a level teaspoonful of AL-CAROID once a day (or twice a day if necessary, but especially after the evening meal) that will form a better activity in the gastric flow of the digestive system.
9. There should not be too large a quantity of sweets, even though most of that taken is of the nature that has been indicated. But more of those foods that are less of the acid producing, that will aid in reducing the pressure - as well as making for a better activity in the eliminations through the kidneys and the general respiratory system.
10. Too seldom has there been the ability, from the nervous conditions in system, for the respiratory system to function in a normal way and manner.
11. This, as we find, would be as an outline for the diet for the PRESENT period. To be sure, this may be altered to meet the requirements of the body from time to time; but this as a GENERAL outline. This does not indicate that at periods that desired is not to be taken by the body in moderation.
12. Mornings - citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange, lemon), either the fruit and the pulp or the juice of same; with toast and egg without the white (only the yolk of same). A little very crisp bacon may be taken at times. Or baked apples, stewed fruits - as prunes, peaches, pears or the like; though these should not be taken at the same meal with citrus fruits. The egg and bacon may be taken with either of these, or there may be the cooked or dry cereal with a little milk. Or there may be taken at the same meal with the toast that of Ovaltine, or any CEREAL drink.
13. Noons - preferably the whole green vegetable diet. These may be mixed with an oil or salad dressing, and may include tomatos or any of such fruit or vegetables.
14. Evenings - not too much meats; but a little of lamb, fish, sea foods, or occasionally roast beef. Not any heavy red meat. Vegetables that are well cooked, and a well-balanced vegetable diet.
15. Following the evening meal should be preferably the period when there should be, for the time being, the taking of the digestant in the form given (AL-CAROID).
16. Keep up the vibrations with the electrically driven vibrator, as well as those of the Radio-Active Appliance.
17. Know, in the mental self, that those conditions which have been in the system are BEING eliminated; and that organically, either in the circulatory system, in the
306-2 Page 3
heart's action, in the kidneys or in other portions of the system, there is nothing of an organic disturbance that should make for uneasiness in the present. For, the complication which brought about these pressures (and then added to by other influences that have made for detrimental influences) is being relieved in a manner that, when the system readjusts itself to the changes being wrought, the better physical and near normal forces WILL exist!
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) When, where and how did I have the accident to my back which is producing the trouble? (A) As indicated, rather a complication of conditions that cover a period of several years. The first injury, as we find, was as a young man, when there was an accident as with a wagon of some nature. Then later, in a tussle (not mad, no; but in a tussle) there was added to this that which gradually built up - as indicated - the circular lesion. Then, a shock to the nervous system (by the death of someone close to body) made for the condition that brought moroseness, and a full activity of heart - which, since then (as has been seen), has been the general breakdown. Know, though, that which is being applied is reaching the BASIC conditions; for to reduce or to correct the EFFECTS and NOT remove the cause makes only temporary relief. As indicated, the basic conditions are being relieved. It's slower through this manner, but surer - and more effective, and of LASTING results. It ought to make the man live fifty years longer, by getting the corrections - if he WANTS to live that long!
20. (Q) What causes my back to ache? (A) The readjustments of the strained conditions that have existed, and still do exist. Hence it is not well that the body over STRAIN self, either by exposure or by too heavy a lifting or straining; for this merely makes for an irritation of the corrections that are being made by absorption and relaxation.
21. (Q) What causes my eyes to burn? (A) The pressure that has been indicated. There may be taken certain exercises that may gradually correct this. These can be over-done, also they can be undone or done too little for effectiveness! At least twice each week take the head and neck exercise, independent of the other treatments - before retiring; and in the beginning it would be best to take it before retiring because it'll make the body feel dizzy, little headache through the eyes, and more roaring than occurs at times in the ears - or the drumming! But,
306-2 Page 4
continue to take it! Forward three times, as far as the head can be bent; sitting erect when ready for bed, preferably after getting in bed but sit up in bed and do it - Forward as far as can be bent, counting the times. Then to the back, bending back as far as possible - just with the head and neck. Then to the left side, same number of times. Then to the right side. Then a circular motion, left to right. Then the circular motion right to left. And you'll want to lay down after that, for the first few times! But this burning in the eyes will gradually disappear. Also there will be the tendency for a betterment of the impediment in speech, with relieving the pressure in the ear and auditory forces.
22. (Q) The burning around base of brain? (A) The attempt for the circulation to adjust itself with the impulses that are centered in the various portions of brain, where sympathetic forces of the body react. This will be aided, too, by the head and neck exercise. Set specific times for this exercise. Don't fail, but do it! Say Tuesdays and Thursdays. If it gets so it makes the body too dizzy during the day, then leave off one - but continue with the treatments; that is, leave off the number of times you bend forward, side and around the circle, see? but take the exercise!
23. (Q) The peculiar buzzing in my left side? (A) From those of regurgitations in the upper portion of descending colon. This will be relieved by continuing the vibrations, as well as with the taking of the digestant.
24. (Q) What causes the sinking sensation as I drop asleep, causing me to waken suddenly? (A) A development of the intuitive influences in the experience of the body. Do not be disturbed at these. Rather open the door, or allow self to drift away in same. Without fear! or you'll learn a lot for yourself through these!
25. (Q) Have I properly adhered to the first suggestions given? if not, wherein have I failed? (A) Lacking in that, as indicated, there hasn't been at all times the proper contact made in the application of the Radio-Active forces. The food supplies haven't at all times been in proper balance for the system. Then there have been some periods when, because the body felt so well it overtaxed self by getting too cold, by getting too hot, by STRAINING too much at some of the movements of the body. Take it a little slower! because you'll be able to go like a horse after a while!
306-2 Page 5
Do these, as we have outlined, and we will find that these conditions will be corrected; and normalcy, strength, endurance, virility, will be the natural activities of the body. Gain much from those that may be gained through the intuitive forces. Don't be afraid, but KNOW that there is being given thee that which may be of help.
