Time of Reading 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [307]. Now, we find there are rather those conditions of which the body should be mindful, than of those specific conditions that cause immediate distress or dis-ease. While there are those conditions that give an aggravated effect at present, with the proper changes brought for the body these would disappear, with the bringing of the near normal physical functioning of the body.
2. These, then are conditions as we find them with this body, [307] we are speaking of, present in this room.
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find has been, and has the tendency of lack of both red blood and white blood, or a deficiency in the blood as regarding replenishing of the system. Not so much as to the proper division in its constituents, but rather the quantity of the stream flow itself, and this naturally gives the sympathetic effect of becoming easily affected by outside influences. Especially, as we see, this body is susceptible to drafts, colds, congestions. These are the effect of physical deficiencies in the manner in which the impulse is radiated to the physical organs that constitute that of bringing the proper assimilation for the upbuilding and replenishing of the system, or that which brings resuscitating forces or rebuilding forces to the body.
4. Then we find these conditions existent. There are pressures in evidence in the upper dorsal and central dorsal region. The liver, the pancreas, the spleen, do not function nominally. Hence the feelings at times of hot, then again of cold flashes - the tendency of the feet or hands to appear as not warm, or one warm and the other cold. This from the reflexes where the blood being low in quantity, not so much in quality, but quantity, as to cause the needing, as it were, OF blood in portions of system, and remaining portions suffer, or are abnormal, from the rush of same from one portion as to another.

5. To meet the needs, then, of the conditions as need be corrected as the basis of the condition: Those conditions existent in the dorsal and lower dorsal region, especially, need such adjustments, osteopathically given, as to allow the normal flow of nerve activity to the organs in distress. Also the vitalization of the blood stream, principally by the vibratory method, or of the lower sinusoidal rays, as would be applied to the lower part of the upper brachial or lower brachial plexus, and the lower portion of the solar plexus, so that the organs - ESPECIALLY of the digestive system - are brought into active operation. These will prove much more satisfactory to this body than taking in system those of medicinal properties, for the vibratory forces may be made better active in this system through manipulation AND electrical forces, than through medicinal vibration. We would say such conditions would not require MORE than two weeks of such treatment, and treatment given every other day. Let the manipulation be given and the ray be given, one following the other. Manipulation first, then the sinusoidal ray. THIS given not longer at first than two to two and a half minutes. Increase about half a minute each day the treatment is given. Let the massage be thorough, the full length of the cerebrospinal system, but let the adjustments as necessary in the dorsals be made CONSISTENTLY; not too quickly done, but relaxing the body thoroughly before same is attempted. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) What should the body do for the throat? (A) As given, when corrections are made, as is seen here - when we make those corrections necessary for the body in the lower portion of cervicals and upper dorsal, these conditions will disappear.
7. (Q) What can the body use to strengthen the eyes? (A) The correcting of the general system will be the better, and if specific conditions are needed we will give those when these have been carried to near completion.
8. (Q) Would the proper foods supply the blood? (A) The body is a very good dietician in itself. The body knows, and has studied considerable concerning that necessary for body, nerve and blood building. Had this not been so, these would be given more as specifics - but, with the corrections, and with the proper incentives given, that as the body sees, feels and knows IS the proper for body, blood and nerve building, the body will take.
9. (Q) Should the body have the teeth taken out? (A) Rather would we use, with the corrections of the system, those properties of the Ipsab as a massage for these. Then, as the centralization comes, and defective

conditions are to be met, these would be LOCALLY treated - not take them out as yet. We are through for the present.
