Time of Reading 3:20 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [307]; this we have had before.

2. Now, we find there are many changes in the physical forces of the body in the present from that as we have had here before. Not all of these are for the betterment of the conditions.

3. Now, THESE are the conditions that we find in the present:

4. There is low vitality in the system, with the inability for the better assimilation. Hence many portions of the body-physical suffer under the general strain; weakness, and inability to gain resistance.

5. Through the conditions in the system, the blood shows for a low pressure and tendency for a little temperature at most times.

6. Cold, congestion in many portions of the system, brings those conditions of easy to take cold - as it were; or those periods of hot and cold sensations over the system, with a very low supply of red blood IN the system.

7. The deficiency in the red blood count, while not altogether in an alarming state, is VERY low.

8. The organs that are aids, and that receive their general activity through a full circulation - as lungs, heart, liver, hepatic circulation; all show for depleted or affected conditions in some manner or way.

9. In giving or adding that, then, as we find would be for the bettering of the physical forces of the body, in the PRESENT it would be the quicker way for the addition of that to the system in a manner as to create or give an impulse for the better an quicker rebuilding forces for the body; through the application of not DRUGS wholly, but a compound that will aid or replenish - more in the form of a tonic; with proper consideration of the diet and the activities of the body.

10. We would, then, prepare as this:

11. Take first 1 quart of distilled water. To this add 3 ounces of Wild Cherry Bark. Reduce this by slow boiling to 1 pint. Strain off, and then add as this: Simple Syrup..........................2 ounces, Syrup of Sarsaparilla Compound......1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia..............1/4 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya..................1/4 ounce, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium....20 minims.

12. Cut 1 dram Balsam of Tolu in 2 ounces of pure grain alcohol and add to solution; with 2 minims of Oil of Sassafras and 1 minim of Peppermint.

13. Shake the solution together before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful before each meal and at bedtime.

14. We would be mindful, then, of the diet - in THIS manner; for this would be an outline for the diet:

15. Mornings - Citrus fruit juices, with coddled egg; preferably using the yolk only, though the white of the egg may be used if beaten - in the middle of the morning - in that of milk and spirits frumenti (may be taken at nine or ten o'clock, see). One egg, or the yolk of egg, and a good deal of the white, provided it is well beaten into the milk (glass of milk) with a teaspoonful of good spirits frumenti, see?

16. Noons - Rather we would take at one period two to three tablespoonsful of beef juice, seasoned to the taste; followed with a little fruit - as peaches, pineapples and such fruit, or that ordinarily found in a fruit salad, see?

17. Evenings - Rather the green vegetables, and WELL-BALANCED; but no red meat, though chicken (or the white meat of chicken), lamb, liver, or fish at times, may be included.

18. In the middle of the evening, also we would take an egg (only the yolk) in that of malted milk or dried milk. Beat well together. A small glass, taking a level teaspoonful that may be beat in a little milk - or milk and water, and the egg beat into same, seasoned to the taste.

19. We would also find that of evenings it would be well, just before retiring, that there be the thorough massage of vibration of the electrically driven vibrator, over the whole of the cerebrospinal system (over the lung, the upper portion of same, and especially over the liver and the pancrean area, see?).

20. For those periods necessitating that the eliminations be kept up (for, with the "stuffing" of the body, as it may

307-5 Page 3

appear, the eliminations must be above the ordinary; or at least two or three activities of the bowels each day), we would use small doses of Fletcher's Castoria as an eliminant; or high enemas. When the enemas are taken, we would use - for each half gallon of water - half a teaspoonful of salt with two teaspoonsful (level) of baking soda, stirred in the warm water - or well-dissolved - as an intestinal antiseptic. Do not use the enemas oftener than twice each week; preferably once, but if necessary twice they may be used without trouble.

21. We would also bathe the feet and lower portions of the limbs often, or three or four times each week just before retiring, in extreme warm water; following with a massage into the soles of the feet with a combination such as this:

22. Take mutton tallow and dissolve two tablespoonsful. To this we would add thirty drops of turpentine and thirty drops of spirits of camphor.

23. This will be found good also to be massaged across the diaphragm area, or between the shoulders.

24. Be mindful too that the nasal cavities and the THROAT are sprayed or gargled at times to keep these cleansed, with THIS - as we find would be well:

25. Take a level teaspoonful of salt, a level teaspoonful of baking soda, a level teaspoonful cream of tartar. Put this in a pint of water.

26. This may be used in a spray for the nostrils or a gargle for the throat.

27. Do these. Follow these specifically, as we have outlined, and as we will find - in three to five weeks the body will gain weight, will feel stronger, and be in a much nearer NORMAL physical health.

28. Ready for questions.

29. (Q) How much water should the body drink daily? (A) Eight to ten glasses. But with following this diet outlined, and eating between meals, five to six will be sufficient during the first portion of this.

30. (Q) Is the water she now drinks pure? (A) It's not harmful! Not wholly pure.

31. (Q) What is the cause and cure of the accumulation of mucus in the body? (A) As indicated, lack of ability for proper digestion of that taken and cold attempting to be thrown off through these channels adds to this condition and takes up the vitality; makes for the condition in the blood where there's some little strept shows now.

32. (Q) In what minerals is the body deficient, and what foods will supply these?

307-5 Page 4

(A) We have given those that will supply these. As indicated by that outlined, there's little of the minerals the body is NOT lacking in - in the present! Potash being about the only one that's being sufficient. And yet this is balanced by the forms of potash added in those to CHANGE those activities of same, in the effect that this compound will create upon the glands of the system.

33. (Q) To what color or colors does the body vibrate? (A) Modes and blues.
