Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. As we find, there are changes for the better; yet the overtaxing of the body without the proper balance being created in the system proves very detrimental to the body.
3. Why not try and follow the suggestions systematically and consistently? as we find the effects and improvements would be much more normal, and much more in keeping with that desired.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Was the tonic the body is taking properly made up, and shall she continue to take it? (A) Not properly made up! Let him go back and make this all over again, following more closely the outline that was given. Don't take it as it is presented.
6. (Q) What breads, if any, should the body take? (A) Browned whole wheat bread is preferable.
7. (Q) Should she use brown sugar, or is something else better for sweetening? (A) Saccharin may be used. Brown sugar is not harmful. The BETTER would be to use beet sugar for sweetening. [See 307-6, Par. R8.]
8. (Q) Please give further advice on diet. (A) The outline that was given is well, if followed consistently. It isn't well for the body to starve self at some times and then overeat at others. The body doesn't eat as much as it should. But when it causes disturbance, of course, as experienced part of the time, the body naturally fears producing the weakness or fainting feeling which comes from improper concoction of those elements that are to be taken (in part). But the taxation to the general system is not well, as the body can easily recognize.
9. (Q) What will soften and cure the callous on the bottom

of right foot? (A) Massage it with a preparation made in this manner: To 1/2 ounce of melted Mutton Tallow (1/2 ounce in weight), while it is warm and in solution, add: Oil of Turpentine...........20 minims, Spirits of Camphor..........40 minims. Use this to massage the bottom of the feet each evening.
10. (Q) What will help to strengthen the eyes? (A) Head and neck exercise taken morning and evening. Not too great an amount of same, but one or two movements of the whole outline that has been given; that is, two movements forward, two movements backward, two movements to the left side, two to the right, circle twice to the left, twice to the right. This taken will be beneficial to the eyes. When the body is to vision, or to see, well to close the eyes for a second and then the eyes will vision much better.
11. (Q) In what way was the tonic not properly made up? Not the proper ingredients, or not prepared properly? (A) The manner of preparing, the rotation that was given to be put in. Not harmful, as given - but it doesn't work the way it was intended to!
