Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [308]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the nervous disturbances of the body are those effects of the changes in the activity of the system in relation to glandular secretions and the pressures and the effect of same upon the general system.
3. We would first keep precautions as to activities of too strenuous a nature.
4. And we would have SEVERAL (this means at least five or six) thorough, gentle but deep manipulations osteopathically to adjust and relieve the pressures along the whole of the cerebrospinal system.
5. As a tonic we would take Tonicine for a period of at least thirty days. Do not take as the directions are upon the bottle, but as this: Take about eight to ten drops in a little water twice a day, before the morning meal and before retiring.
6. Thus we should find the nearer to normal conditions in most respects will come for this body.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Will this regulate her menstrual periods? (A) This will regulate these conditions, for it is the disturbance here and the pressures that are causing many of those disturbances in the glandular system and thus affecting the organs of the body.
9. (Q) What causes her to get sick and turn so pale when riding on street cars? (A) Natural effect or reaction from the nervous conditions of the body. With the correction of these and keeping the balance in the system, this should be much overcome. It's a mental attitude, produced by nerve reaction.
10. (Q) What caused tooth to come in the roof of her mouth and what should be done about this? (A) Must be removed. This is a misplaced, as it were, corpuscle first; then the formation. Necessitates the

removal.
11. (Q) What dentist would be advised? (A) One in whom the body or those responsible for same has the utmost confidence.
12. (Q) Should any of the treatments outlined in last Reading be kept up for an indefinite period? (A) These as we find as indicated here for the present relief. Leave off the others, unless in the general manner.
13. (Q) Why does she stay so thin around the neck? (A) One condition is, of course, the general stature; the other is pressures upon the bodily forces. This is a natural condition during this special period of change in the body.
14. (Q) What causes the pressure there? (A) In segments.
15. (Q) What causes constant clearing of throat? (A) Pressure upon the ganglia as lead to the larynx.
16. (Q) She was gritting her teeth the other night. Any more worms? [See 310-1.] (A) This is more nervous reaction, and as we find with the removal of the pressures, the toning and tuning of the system to the activities of the glandular forces through the properties taken in the manner indicated (which requires taking for longer periods but which will be more effective) should change all of this.
17. (Q) What should be done to improve her posture? (A) Only her own mental attitude, and her own activity. Of course, to remove the pressures in the cerebrospinal system will assist, but there must be thought taken by the body.
18. (Q) Which of the following schools would be best for her to enter this fall: Blair Jr. High, Ruffner Jr. High, Norview High School, or Bayville School? (A) Norview High. [See Life Reading 308-3 on 7/15/36.]
19. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Keep the spiritual attitudes and aptitudes as the principles of the mental self.
